我要藉我子民以色列的手报复以东；他们必照我的怒气，按我的愤怒对待以东，以东人就知道施报的是我。这是主耶和华说的。”

我要借我以色列子民的手向以东报仇。以色列人会照我的烈怒惩罚他们。那时，他们就会尝到我报应他们的滋味，这是主耶和华说的。’

我必將我報復以東的事交於我人民以色列手中；以色列民必照我的怒氣我的烈怒去向以東施行；以東人就認識我的報復的作為：這是主永恆主發神諭說的。

假我民以色列之手、依我烈怒大忿、行報復於以東、使知我之報復、主耶和華言之矣、○

我震怒以東、必使我民以色列族、侵伐其土地、以雪我忿、使知我實降是災、我耶和華已言之矣。

我必藉我民以色列之手、復報以東人、彼必循我之盛忿烈怒、行刑在以東、使以東人知我如何加報、此乃主天主所言、○

I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”

I will use my people Israel to pay Edom back. They will punish Edom because my anger against it is great. They will know how I pay back my enemies,” announces the Lord and King.

And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they shall do in Edom according to my anger and according to my wrath, and they shall know my vengeance, declares the Lord God.

I will accomplish this by the hand of my people of Israel. They will carry out my vengeance with anger, and Edom will know that this vengeance is from me. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!

I will take my vengeance on Edom through my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom according to my anger and wrath. So they will know my vengeance. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.

And I will inflict My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom in accordance with My anger and My wrath; so they will know My vengeance,” declares the Lord God.

愿万民事奉你，万族向你下拜。愿你作你弟兄的主，你母亲的儿子向你下拜。诅咒你的，愿他受诅咒；祝福你的，愿他蒙祝福。”

他们要飞向西方，扑在非利士人的肩头上，他们要一同掳掠东方人，他们的手伸到以东和摩押；亚扪人也必顺服他们。

耶和华是忌邪、报应的上帝。耶和华施报应，大有愤怒；耶和华向他的敌人报应，向他的仇敌怀怒。耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，但耶和华万不以有罪的为无罪。他的道路在旋风和暴风之中，云彩为他脚下的尘土。他斥责海，使海枯干，使一切江河干涸。巴珊和迦密衰残，黎巴嫩的花草也衰残了。

看哪，日子将到，我必使人听见打仗的喊声，攻击亚扪人所住的拉巴的喊声。拉巴要成为废墟，属它的乡镇要被火焚烧。这是耶和华说的。先前承受以色列为业的，此时以色列倒要承受他们为业。这是耶和华说的。

伸冤报应在我，到了时候他们会失脚。因为他们遭难的日子近了，他们的厄运快要临到。耶和华见他的百姓毫无能力，无论是为奴的、自由的，都没有存留，就必为他们伸冤，为自己的仆人发怜悯。

向山和岩石说：“倒在我们身上吧！把我们藏起来，躲避坐宝座者的脸面和羔羊的愤怒；因为他们遭愤怒的大日子到了，谁能站得住呢？”

这从以东的波斯拉来，穿红衣服，装扮华美，能力广大，大步向前迈进的是谁呢？就是我，凭公义说话，以大能施行拯救的。你为何以红色装扮？你的衣服为何像踹榨酒池的人呢？我独自踹榨酒池，万民中并无一人与我同在。我发怒，将他们踹下，发烈怒将他们践踏。他们的血溅在我的衣服上，玷污了我一切的衣裳。因为报仇之日在我心中，救赎我民之年已经来到。我仰望，见无人帮助；我诧异，竟无人扶持。因此，我的膀臂为我施行拯救；我的烈怒将我扶持。我发怒，踹下众民；发烈怒，使他们喝醉，又将他们的血倒在地上。

所以主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，我必照你因仇恨向他们发的怒气和嫉妒对待你；我审判你的时候，要在他们中间显明自己。

义人见仇敌遭报就欢喜，他要在恶人的血中洗脚。因此，人必说：“义人诚然有善报，在地上果然有施行审判的上帝！”

因为我们知道谁说：“伸冤在我，我必报应。”又说：“主要审判他的百姓。”落在永生上帝的手里真是可怕呀！
