假我民以色列之手、依我烈怒大忿、行報復於以東、使知我之報復、主耶和華言之矣、○

我震怒以東、必使我民以色列族、侵伐其土地、以雪我忿、使知我實降是災、我耶和華已言之矣。

我必藉我民以色列之手、復報以東人、彼必循我之盛忿烈怒、行刑在以東、使以東人知我如何加報、此乃主天主所言、○

I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”

I will use my people Israel to pay Edom back. They will punish Edom because my anger against it is great. They will know how I pay back my enemies,” announces the Lord and King.

And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they shall do in Edom according to my anger and according to my wrath, and they shall know my vengeance, declares the Lord God.

I will accomplish this by the hand of my people of Israel. They will carry out my vengeance with anger, and Edom will know that this vengeance is from me. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!

愿多民侍奉你，多国跪拜你。愿你作你弟兄的主；你母亲的儿子向你跪拜。凡咒诅你的，愿他受咒诅；为你祝福的，愿他蒙福。”

他们要向西飞，扑在非利士人的肩头上，一同掳掠东方人，伸手按住以东和摩押；亚扪人也必顺服他们。

耶和华是忌邪施报的神。耶和华施报大有忿怒；向他的敌人施报，向他的仇敌怀怒。耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，万不以有罪的为无罪。他乘旋风和暴风而来，云彩为他脚下的尘土。他斥责海，使海干了，使一切江河干涸。巴珊和迦密的树林衰残；黎巴嫩的花草也衰残了。

耶和华说：日子将到，我必使人听见打仗的喊声，是攻击亚扪人拉巴的喊声。拉巴要成为乱堆；属他的乡村要被火焚烧。先前得以色列地为业的，此时以色列倒要得他们的地为业。这是耶和华说的。

他们失脚的时候，伸冤报应在我；因他们遭灾的日子近了；那要临在他们身上的必速速来到。耶和华见他百姓毫无能力，无论困住的、自由的都没有剩下，就必为他们伸冤，为他的仆人后悔。

向山和岩石说：“倒在我们身上吧！把我们藏起来，躲避坐宝座者的面目和羔羊的忿怒；因为他们忿怒的大日到了，谁能站得住呢？”

这从以东的波斯拉来，穿红衣服，装扮华美，能力广大，大步行走的是谁呢？就是我，是凭公义说话，以大能施行拯救。你的装扮为何有红色？你的衣服为何像踹酒榨的呢？我独自踹酒榨；众民中无一人与我同在。我发怒将他们踹下，发烈怒将他们践踏。他们的血溅在我衣服上，并且污染了我一切的衣裳。因为，报仇之日在我心中；救赎我民之年已经来到。我仰望，见无人帮助；我诧异，没有人扶持。所以，我自己的膀臂为我施行拯救；我的烈怒将我扶持。我发怒，踹下众民；发烈怒，使他们沉醉，又将他们的血倒在地上。

所以主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，我必照你的怒气和你从仇恨中向他们所发的嫉妒待你。我审判你的时候，必将自己显明在他们中间。

义人见仇敌遭报就欢喜，要在恶人的血中洗脚。因此，人必说：“义人诚然有善报；在地上果有施行判断的神！”

因为我们知道谁说：“伸冤在我，我必报应”；又说：“主要审判他的百姓。”落在永生神的手里，真是可怕的！
