故我耶和華必擊以東、俾人畜俱無噍類、使提慢荒蕪、底但人飲刃、

所以主耶和华如此说：我必伸手攻击以东，剪除人与牲畜，使以东从提幔起，人必倒在刀下，地要变为荒凉，直到底但。

故主天主如是云、我必舉手降罰以東、絕人與畜於其間、使以東地荒蕪、自提幔至於底但、俱必殞亡於刃、

therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will stretch out my hand against Edom and kill both man and beast. I will lay it waste, and from Teman to Dedan they will fall by the sword.

The Lord continues,“ I will reach out my hand against Edom. I will kill its people and their animals. I will completely destroy it. They will be killed by swords from Teman all the way to Dedan.

therefore thus says the Lord God, I will stretch out my hand against Edom and cut off from it man and beast. And I will make it desolate; from Teman even to Dedan they shall fall by the sword.

Therefore, says the Sovereign Lord, I will raise my fist of judgment against Edom. I will wipe out its people and animals with the sword. I will make a wasteland of everything from Teman to Dedan.

therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: I will stretch out my hand against Edom and cut off both people and animals from it. I will make it a wasteland; they will fall by the sword from Teman to Dedan.

therefore this is what the Lord God says:“ I will also reach out with My hand against Edom and eliminate human and animal life from it. And I will turn it into ruins; from Teman even to Dedan they will fall by the sword.

therefore thus says the Lord GOD:“ I will also stretch out My hand against Edom, cut off man and beast from it, and make it desolate from Teman; Dedan shall fall by the sword.

therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah, I will stretch out my hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; even unto Dedan shall they fall by the sword.

therefore this is what the Lord God says: I will stretch out My hand against Edom and cut off both man and animal from it. I will make it a wasteland; they will fall by the sword from Teman to Dedan.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.

So this is what the sovereign LORD says: I will stretch out my hand against Edom, and I will kill the people and animals within her, and I will make her desolate; from Teman to Dedan they will die by the sword.

therefore the Lord Yahweh says,“ I will stretch out my hand on Edom, and will cut off man and animal from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman. They will fall by the sword even to Dedan.

故主耶和華曰我必使利刃臨於爾國、人獸俱被殲滅、

底但、提馬、布斯、與薙髮之四周者、

不愛以掃、使其山荒蕪、為野犬藪穴、以東曰、予雖貧乏、傾圮之宅、必復建造、萬有之主耶和華曰、彼雖興版築、必為我所毀、人稱之為惡土、耶和華震怒斯民、恆久不已、

萬有之主耶和華、以以東之事告眾、曰、在提慢豈無哲士、賢人、豈無智慧、豈無智謀、底但居民、咸當逃遁、匿於曠野、蓋我降災於以掃、已屆其期。

我耶和華已定厥志、欲攻以東、降罰提慢、即羊之小者、亦得而欺之、使其居處荒蕪。

火焚提慢、燬破斯喇之殿。

故我必舉手、付爾於異邦、為彼所攘奪、絕爾於列國中、俾知我乃耶和華。

主耶和華曰、我必降災、斯邦之民、以及野獸、林木、田土所產、我怒甚烈、靡人遏止。

如我降以鋒刃、使其國人畜、悉行翦滅、

以利法生提慢、阿抹、西波、迦但基納。

耶和華曰、將以我所造之人、翦滅於地、以及牲畜、昆蟲、飛鳥、然此雖由我作、我則悔焉。

人子、凡有民人、輒蹈愆尤、犯罪於我、我必罰之、使其餅餌匱乏、人畜饑餓、致於死亡、

如我使瘟疫、流布其國、震怒特甚、加以殺戮、人與畜無噍類焉、雖有挪亞、但以理、約百居其中、我耶和華指己而誓、彼為善者止能救一己之命、不能救其子女。主耶和華又曰、我使四災降於耶路撒冷、鋒刃、饑饉、暴獸、瘟疫、使人畜靡有孑遺、其害豈非尤重乎。

天下億兆、列國萬邦、咸來和會、謹聽我言、我耶和華、震怒列邦、盡殲其軍。尸相枕藉、血濺山谷、腥聞於上、穹蒼若軸、舒而復卷、天象錯亂、星辰隕落、若葡萄之葉已凋、若無花果樹之葉已墮、予自天降罰以東之國、戮堪誅之民、血染鋒刃、以洩我忿、我耶和華之刀、飲血食膏、有若羔羊山羊之血、牡綿羊之膋、蓋我於破斯喇、以東地、大行誅殛、如屠牲畜、野兕牛犢、俱必喪亡、於是血流膏潰、遍潤其地、土壤因以膏腴、我為郇邑、報仇洩憤、正在斯時、以東諸溪、變為瀝青、塵埃化為硫磺、焚燬遍境、烟燄上騰、不舍晝夜、其地荒蕪、幾歷世代、後人無復過之者、鵜鶘毛蝟聚處焉、鷺鷥烏鴉棲止焉、我循準繩、以滅以東、在牧伯貴介中、欲簡一人為王、實難其選、荊棘叢生於宮闕、蒺藜萌長於城垣、蝮蛇鴕鳥、居處其中、暴獸野犬遇於途、魑魅魍魎嘷於野、妖狐山魈、據之為寧宇、有蛇疾行若箭、穴於其所、涵淹卵育、雌雄之鸇鳥、翔集於彼、我耶和華之書、爾當詳察、所載若合符節、維禽與獸、各具雌雄、我有定命、使之聚處、以成余志、我畫地為區、若為之掣籤、使禽獸孳育於以東、生成不已焉。

以東人居於烏士、毋庸喜樂、惟此苦杯、必為爾飲、以致酩酊、裸爾身體兮。郇邑之民、所犯罪愆、今已遭刑、不復被虜、惟彼以東、必彰其穢跡、降以重災兮。

昔上帝自提慢而至、聖主自巴蘭山而來、榮光蔽天、頌聲遍地、

故我耶和華必擊非利士人、殺基利族、海濱居民、殲滅殆盡、

選民曰、來自以東破斯喇邑、具大力。衣麗服、染血淋漓、果何人與、主曰、乃我踐言、力拯斯民也。選民曰、爾衣甚赭、若踐酒醡、誠何故哉。主曰、踐酒醡者、無他、我也、我震怒、蹂躪異邦人、血污衣襟。蓋救民之時伊邇、我意必伸其冤。我見輔翼無人、不勝錯愕、故展力發憤、手援選民。我怒異邦人、踐之於足下、使之搖撼靡定、若醉以酒、流其血於地。

提慢之壯士、不勝恐懼、以掃之居民、咸遭誅殛、
