“‘ Therefore this is what the sovereign LORD says: Woe to the city of bloodshed! I will also make the pile high.

所以主耶和华如此说：祸哉！这流人血的城，我也必大堆火柴，

所以主耶和华如此说：祸哉！这流人血的城，我必亲自加大柴堆。

所以主耶和华如此说：祸哉！这流人血的城，我必亲自加大柴堆。

所以主耶和华说，‘血腥的城啊，你有祸了！我要预备大堆木柴，

因此，主耶和华这样说：流人血的城，有祸了！我也必把柴堆加大。

所以主耶和華如此說：禍哉！這流人血的城，我也必大堆火柴，

所以主耶和華如此說：禍哉！這流人血的城，我必親自加大柴堆。

所以主耶和華如此說：禍哉！這流人血的城，我必親自加大柴堆。

所以主耶和華說，『血腥的城啊，你有禍了！我要預備大堆木柴，

因此，主耶和華這樣說：流人血的城，有禍了！我也必把柴堆加大。

因此主永恆主這麼說：有禍啊這流人血的城！我，我也要加大柴堆，

主耶和華曰、禍哉血邑、我必堆積多薪、

耶和華曰、邑民殺人其有禍乎、我必用車薪、使鼎沸然、增益其柴、火炎水沸、骨肉俱盡。

故主天主如是云、邑中殺人流血、禍必臨之、我必廣其火場、

“‘ Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘ Woe to the city of bloodshed! I, too, will pile the wood high.

So the Lord and King said to me,“ How terrible it will be for this city! It has so many murderers in it. I too will pile the wood high.

Therefore thus says the Lord God: Woe to the bloody city! I also will make the pile great.

“ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: What sorrow awaits Jerusalem, the city of murderers! I myself will pile up the fuel beneath her.

“‘ Therefore, this is what the Lord GOD says: Woe to the city of bloodshed! I myself will make the pile of kindling large.

Therefore, this is what the Lord God says:“ Woe to the bloody city! I also will make the wood pile great.

‘ Therefore thus says the Lord GOD:“ Woe to the bloody city! I too will make the pyre great.

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Woe to the bloody city! I also will make the pile great.

Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: Woe to the city of bloodshed! I Myself will make the pile of kindling large.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great.

“‘ Therefore the Lord Yahweh says:“ Woe to the bloody city! I also will make the pile great.

The one who builds a city by bloodshed is as good as dead– he who starts a town by unjust deeds.

“‘ Therefore this is what the sovereign LORD says: Woe to the city of bloodshed, the pot whose rot is in it, whose rot has not been removed from it! Empty it piece by piece. No lot has fallen on it.

For the burial place is already prepared; it has been made deep and wide for the king. The firewood is piled high on it. The LORD’s breath, like a stream flowing with brimstone, will ignite it.

So I have poured my anger on them, and destroyed them with the fire of my fury. I hereby repay them for what they have done, declares the sovereign LORD.”

Therefore this is what the sovereign LORD says:‘ Because all of you have become slag, look out!– I am about to gather you in the middle of Jerusalem.As silver, bronze, iron, lead, and tin are gathered in a furnace so that the fire can melt them, so I will gather you in my anger and in my rage. I will deposit you there and melt you.I will gather you and blow on you with the fire of my fury, and you will be melted in it.As silver is melted in a furnace, so you will be melted in it, and you will know that I, the LORD, have poured out my anger on you.’”

But by the same word the present heavens and earth have been reserved for fire, by being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.Now, dear friends, do not let this one thing escape your notice, that a single day is like a thousand years with the Lord and a thousand years are like a single day.The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some regard slowness, but is being patient toward you, because he does not wish for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.But the day of the Lord will come like a thief; when it comes, the heavens will disappear with a horrific noise, and the celestial bodies will melt away in a blaze, and the earth and every deed done on it will be laid bare.Since all these things are to melt away in this manner, what sort of people must we be, conducting our lives in holiness and godliness,while waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God? Because of this day, the heavens will be burned up and dissolve, and the celestial bodies will melt away in a blaze!

because they poured out the blood of your saints and prophets, so you have given them blood to drink. They got what they deserved!”

Then the winepress was stomped outside the city, and blood poured out of the winepress up to the height of horses’ bridles for a distance of almost two hundred miles.

Woe to the city guilty of bloodshed! She is full of lies; she is filled with plunder; she has hoarded her spoil!

The great city was split into three parts and the cities of the nations collapsed. So Babylon the great was remembered before God, and was given the cup filled with the wine made of God’s furious wrath.

So also Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighboring towns, since they indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire in a way similar to these angels, are now displayed as an example by suffering the punishment of eternal fire.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those who are sent to you! How often I have longed to gather your children together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you would have none of it!Look, your house is forsaken! And I tell you, you will not see me until you say,‘ Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!’”

With flaming fire he will mete out punishment on those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.

They will surrender their stronghold because of fear; their officers will be afraid of the LORD’s battle flag.” This is what the LORD says– the one whose fire is in Zion, whose firepot is in Jerusalem.

But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”
