我耶和華既言之必行之不食言、不回志、不加矜憫、視爾所為、而降重罰、我耶和華已言之矣。

我耶和華言此、無不效驗、我必行之、我不寛容、不矜恤、不後悔、使爾循爾舉動行為、重受懲罰、此乃主天主所言、○

“‘ I the Lord have spoken. The time has come for me to act. I will not hold back; I will not have pity, nor will I relent. You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”

神不是人，必不致說謊，也不是人子，必不致後悔。他說話，怎能不作？他發言，怎能不作成？

惡人卻有禍了，他們必遭災難，因為他們必按自己手所作的得報應。

以色列的大能者必不說謊，也不後悔。因為他不是世人，他決不後悔。”

我要使他們彼此碰撞，連父子也要互相碰撞；我必不愛惜、不可憐，也不憐憫他們，我必把他們滅絕。’”這是耶和華的宣告。

從我的口所出的話也必這樣，必不徒然返回我這裡，卻要作成我所喜悅的，使它在我差遣它去作的事上必然亨通。

他們必帶著兵器、馬車、戰車和大隊人來攻擊你；他們要拿著大小盾牌，戴著頭盔，從四面擺陣攻擊你；我要把審判的事交給他們，他們必按著自己的慣例來審判你。

可是你一直硬著心腸，不肯悔改，為自己積蓄神的忿怒，就是他彰顯公義審判的那天所要發的忿怒。神必照各人所作的報應各人：

因此我要以烈怒待他們；我的眼必不顧惜，我也不憐恤；他們雖然在我耳中大聲呼求，我還是不聽他們。”

“你這一切災禍是你的所作所為作成的，這就是你的惡果，實在是苦，直透心底。”

因為你不追念你年幼的日子，反而在這一切事上惹我發怒；看哪！我必照著你所行的報應在你頭上，這是主耶和華的宣告。在你一切可憎的事以外，你豈不是還行了這淫亂的醜事嗎？

人子要在父的榮耀裡和眾天使一同降臨，那時他要照各人的行為報應各人。

所以我把我的忿怒倒在他們身上，用我烈怒之火消滅他們，把他們所行的報應在他們的頭上。這是主耶和華的宣告。”

天地都要過去，但我的話決不會廢去。

我的眼必不顧惜你，我也不憐恤你，我卻要按著你的行為，照著你中間可憎的事報應你，你們就知道我是耶和華。’

耶和華的怒氣必不轉消，直到他作成和實現他心中的計劃。在末後的日子，你們就會完全明白這事。
