爾遭斯災、原文作以此行於爾因爾徇欲從異邦人、拜其偶像、自染污穢、

These things shall be done unto thee, for that thou hast played the harlot after the nations, and because thou art polluted with their idols.

乃與諸族雜處、習其行為兮、事其偶像、為己網羅兮、獻其子女、以祭鬼神兮、流無辜之血、即其子女之血、以祭迦南偶像、其地為血所污兮、

多邦之人經是邑者、將相語曰、耶和華如是待此大邑、何故、則將應之曰、因彼背其上帝耶和華之約、崇拜服事他神也、○

爾今何為在於埃及之道、以飲西曷之水、何為在於亞述之道、以飲大河之水乎、爾之罪惡必自懲、爾之悖逆必自責、可知離棄爾上帝耶和華、不存寅畏之心、乃惡而且苦之事、萬軍之主耶和華言之矣、昔爾折爾軛、斷爾繩、曰、我不順服、乃於諸高岡之上、各綠樹之下、屈身行淫、
