因为他的马匹众多，它们扬起的尘土必遮盖你；他进入你的城门，好像人进入已有破口的城，那时，你的城墙必因骑兵、车轮和战车的响声而震动。

我要审判你，像审判行奸淫和流人血的妇人一样；我要因我的烈怒和妒忿，使流人血的罪归在你身上。

大卫对迦得说：“我非常为难，我们情愿落在耶和华的手里，因为他有丰盛的怜悯。不要让我落在人的手里。”

然而必有义人判她们受淫妇和流人血的妇人所受的刑罚，因为她们是淫妇，她们手中染血。

鞭声飕飕，轮声辚辚，骏马奔驰，战车颠簸跳动。骑兵腾跃冲锋；刀剑烁烁发亮，枪矛闪闪生光；被杀的人众多，死尸成堆；尸体无数，众人都被尸体绊倒。

在那些曾经向巴比伦起誓效忠的犹大人看来，这是虚假的占卜，但巴比伦王要使他们想起自己的罪孽，把他们掳去。
