大卫说：“我实在为难！不过我宁愿落在耶和华的手中，也不愿落在人的手中，因为耶和华有无限的怜悯。”

她们是双手沾满血腥的淫妇，必有义人按她们应得的报应审判她们。’

鞭声啪啪，车轮隆隆，战马奔腾，战车疾驰，骑士冲锋，刀光闪闪，矛枪生辉；被杀者众多，尸骨成堆，人们被遍地的尸体绊倒。

犹大人必认为这是虚假的征兆。他们曾向巴比伦王发誓效忠，但巴比伦王要使他们想起自己的罪，并掳走他们。
