如果有人问你为什么哀叹，你就说有噩耗传来，听见的人都胆战心惊、两手发软、精神萎靡、膝弱如水。灾难必很快发生。这是主耶和华说的。”

他们如果问你：‘你为什么叹息呢？’你就要回答：‘是因为那将要来到的消息；人人都必心慌意乱，手都发软，精神衰颓，他们的膝都像水一般的柔弱。看哪！它要来到了。这事一定要成就。这是主耶和华的宣告。’”

他們問你說：『為何歎息呢？』你就說：『因為有風聲、災禍要來。人心都必消化，手都發軟，精神衰敗，膝弱如水。看哪，這災禍臨近，必然成就。這是主耶和華說的。』」

若有人對你說：『你為甚麼嘆息呢？』你就說：『因為有風聲傳來，人心惶惶，雙手發軟，精神衰敗，膝弱如水。看哪，它臨近了，一定會發生。』這是主耶和華說的。」

如果有人問你為什麼哀歎，你就說有噩耗傳來，聽見的人都膽戰心驚、兩手發軟、精神萎靡、膝弱如水。災難必很快發生。這是主耶和華說的。」

若有人問你說：「你為甚麼歎息？」你要說：「因為有風聲說有事情要臨到，人就都膽戰心驚，手都發軟，精神都衰頹，膝蓋都柔弱如水。看吧，快臨到了！那是必定發生的」』：主永恆主發神諭說。

如彼問爾、何為太息、必曰、因風聞將來之事、眾人喪膽、手疲膝倦、懦弱如水、禍患迫至、主耶和華已言之矣。

如彼問爾曰、緣何嗟嘆、爾則曰、因風聞將來之事、人皆膽怯、手疲心惶、膝弱如水、其事必至必成、此乃主天主所言、○

And when they ask you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ you shall say,‘ Because of the news that is coming. Every heart will melt with fear and every hand go limp; every spirit will become faint and every leg will be wet with urine.’ It is coming! It will surely take place, declares the Sovereign Lord.”

They will ask you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ Then you will say,‘ Because of the news that is coming. The hearts of all the people will melt away in fear. Their hands will not be able to help them. Their spirits will grow weak. And they will be so afraid they’ll wet themselves.’ The news is coming! You can be sure those things will happen,” announces the Lord and King.

And when they say to you,‘ Why do you groan?’ you shall say,‘ Because of the news that it is coming. Every heart will melt, and all hands will be feeble; every spirit will faint, and all knees will be weak as water. Behold, it is coming, and it will be fulfilled,’” declares the Lord God.

When they ask why you are groaning, tell them,‘ I groan because of the terrifying news I have heard. When it comes true, the boldest heart will melt with fear; all strength will disappear. Every spirit will faint; strong knees will become as weak as water. And the Sovereign Lord says: It is coming! It’s on its way!’”

And when they ask you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ then say,‘ Because of the news that is coming. Every heart will melt, and every hand will become weak. Every spirit will be discouraged, and all knees will run with urine. Yes, it is coming and it will happen. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.’”

And when they say to you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ you shall say,‘ Because of the news, for it is coming; and every heart will melt, all hands will go limp, every spirit will be disheartened, and all knees will drip with water. Behold, it is coming and it will happen,’ declares the Lord God.”

And it shall be when they say to you,‘ Why are you sighing?’ that you shall answer,‘ Because of the news; when it comes, every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will faint, and all knees will be weak as water. Behold, it is coming and shall be brought to pass,’ says the Lord GOD.”

And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt say, Because of the tidings, for it cometh; and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it cometh, and it shall be done, saith the Lord Jehovah.

And when they ask you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ then say: Because of the news that is coming. Every heart will melt, and every hand will become weak. Every spirit will be discouraged, and every knee will turn to water. Yes, it is coming and it will happen.” This is the declaration of the Lord God.

And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak[ as] water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to pass, saith the Lord GOD.

When they ask you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ you will reply,‘ Because of the report that has come. Every heart will melt with fear and every hand will be limp; everyone will faint and every knee will be wet with urine.’ Pay attention– it is coming and it will happen, declares the sovereign LORD.”

It shall be, when they ask you,‘ Why do you sigh?’ that you shall say,‘ Because of the news, for it comes! Every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will faint, and all knees will be weak as water. Behold, it comes, and it shall be done, says the Lord Yahweh.’”

眾手疲憊、眾膝荏弱如水、

災禍疊加、噩耗相繼、人求啟示於先知、然法律絕於祭司、智謀絕於長老、

巴比倫王聞聲而手弱、悽楚迫之、痛苦若臨產之婦、

故眾手將弱、人心俱怯、

邑既空虛荒涼、人心消沮、兩膝相觸、腰間痛楚、面俱失色、

緣此我心疲憊、我目矇昧兮、

耶和華曰、有一族自北方而來、有大國自地極而興、執弓與戟、彼乃殘忍、不加矜恤、聲若海濤漰渤、錫安女歟、彼皆乘馬列陳、如戰士以攻爾、我既聞其風聲、手則弱焉、痛苦迫我、憯怛若臨產之婦、

夫萬物之終伊邇、故宜端正節制而祈禱、

論大馬色曰、哈馬亞珥拔抱愧矣、蓋聞凶耗而銷沮、海上有憂、不得綏安、

我則曰、噫、主耶和華歟、人指我曰、彼非言譬語者乎、

爾人子歟、主耶和華對以色列地云、惟此末期、即斯土四境之末期已屆、末期至爾、我必加怒於爾、循爾行徑鞫爾、報爾所有可惡之事、我目不顧惜爾、不加矜憫、我必報爾所行、使爾可惡之事顯於爾中、則知我乃耶和華、○主耶和華曰、有禍將至、祗此而已、末期既屆、末期既屆、醒而攻爾、今已至矣、斯土居民乎、為爾所定之報臨爾、其時已屆、其日伊邇、乃喧譁之日、非山上歡呼之日也、我今速傾我怒於爾、盡洩我忿、循爾行徑鞫爾、報爾所有可惡之事、我目不顧惜爾、不加矜憫、我必報爾所行、使爾可惡之事顯於爾中、則知擊爾者、乃我耶和華、試觀其日已屆、為爾所定之報至矣、杖已舒蕊、驕傲已萌芽矣、殘暴興起、成為罰惡之杖、彼之羣眾貨財、蕩然無存、無人為之哀哭、期已至、日伊邇、震怒及於斯眾、購者勿喜、售者勿憂、

爾之孑遺、處於敵國、必使其心頹敗、風吹葉落、聞聲而怖、彼之遁逃、若避鋒刃、即無追者、亦必顚仆、

每屆流行、必及於爾、朝朝流行、無間晝夜、明曉斯道、惟有悚惶、

故手垂膝庳者、宜起之、

或告大衛家曰、亞蘭與以法蓮結盟、王與眾民、中心戰慄、若林木為風所搖、○

人因危懼、並虞將臨於世之事而昏絕、天象震動故也、

以東侯伯悚惶、摩押英豪震慴、迦南居民銷鑠、

則人雖驍勇、心猛如獅、必喪厥膽、蓋以色列族咸知爾父英武、從者亦驍勇、

人子歟、爾曹在以色列地、有諺語云、時日遲延、啟示無驗、斯言何謂也、當告之曰、主耶和華云、我必使此諺寢息、不復用為諺語於以色列、當告之曰、時日伊邇、啟示皆驗、此後在以色列家中、必不復有虛妄之異象、阿諛之卜筮、蓋我為耶和華、我將言之、所言必成、不復濡滯、爾悖逆之家乎、在爾尚存之日、我必言之、亦必成之、主耶和華言之矣、○耶和華諭我曰、人子歟、以色列家云、彼所得之啟示、乃指遐日、彼之預言、乃指遠時、當告之曰、主耶和華云、我之諸言、無有濡滯、所言必成、主耶和華言之矣、

宜堅痿弱之手、固顫動之膝、

民問我曰、爾之所為、與我何與、請以告我、

深願得慰、免我憂戚、我心疲憊、

人子歟、以色列族、悖逆之家、未問爾曰、爾何為乎、當告之曰、主耶和華云、此預兆、乃指耶路撒冷之君、及其中之以色列全家、爾當告之曰、我為爾兆、我所行者、爾必遭之、被虜徙於異地、

族長又當告民曰、畏葸心怯者可歸、免使同儕亦喪膽、

曰、耶和華以此地賜爾、我所知也、緣爾之故、吾儕畏懼、斯土之民喪膽、爾出埃及時、耶和華使紅海之水涸於爾前、約但東之亞摩利二王西宏及噩、為爾所滅、我已聞之、我儕聞而心怯、以爾之故、無不氣餒者、蓋爾上帝耶和華、乃上天下地之上帝也、

約但西亞摩利列王、海濱迦南列王、聞耶和華使約但水涸於以色列人前、以待其濟、則為之心怯而氣餒、○

昔爾訓眾、手弱者堅之、將躓者以言持之、膝弱者健之、

故以色列之上帝耶和華云、我必降禍於耶路撒冷及猶大、使凡聞之者、兩耳必震、
