「人子啊，你要說預言；你要說，論到亞捫人和他們的凌辱，主耶和華吩咐我如此說：有刀，拔出來的刀，已經擦亮，為了行殺戮；它亮如閃電以行吞滅。

“人子啊，要发预言说：主耶和华论到亚扪人和他们的凌辱，吩咐我如此说：有刀，有拔出来的刀，已经擦亮，为行杀戮，使他像闪电以行吞灭。

“人子啊，你要说预言；你要说，论到亚扪人和他们的凌辱，主耶和华吩咐我如此说：有刀，拔出来的刀，已经擦亮，为了行杀戮；它亮如闪电以行吞灭。

“人子啊，你要说预言；你要说，论到亚扪人和他们的凌辱，主耶和华吩咐我如此说：有刀，拔出来的刀，已经擦亮，为了行杀戮；它亮如闪电以行吞灭。

“人子啊，你要说有关亚扪人及其耻辱的预言，告诉他们，主耶和华说，‘有刀，有刀已出鞘，为要杀戮；它亮如闪电，要行毁灭。

“人子啊！你要说预言：论到亚扪人和他们的侮辱，主耶和华这样说：‘你要说：有一把刀，有一把刀拔出来，是为要杀戮；擦亮，是为要毁灭，为要闪烁发光。

「人子啊，要發預言說：主耶和華論到亞捫人和他們的凌辱，吩咐我如此說：有刀，有拔出來的刀，已經擦亮，為行殺戮，使他像閃電以行吞滅。

「人子啊，你要說預言；你要說，論到亞捫人和他們的凌辱，主耶和華吩咐我如此說：有刀，拔出來的刀，已經擦亮，為了行殺戮；它亮如閃電以行吞滅。

「人子啊，你要說有關亞捫人及其恥辱的預言，告訴他們，主耶和華說，『有刀，有刀已出鞘，為要殺戮；它亮如閃電，要行毀滅。

“人子啊！你要說預言：論到亞捫人和他們的侮辱，主耶和華這樣說：‘你要說：有一把刀，有一把刀拔出來，是為要殺戮；擦亮，是為要毀滅，為要閃爍發光。

『人子啊，你要傳神言說：關於亞捫人和他們的辱罵、主永恆主是這麼說的：你要說：有刀劍，有拔出來的刀劍要屠殺，是已擦亮，要燦爛發光、像閃電的——

惟爾人子、當預言云、主耶和華論亞捫人、及其侮辱之言曰、有刃出鞘、磨光殺戮、猶如閃電、以行吞滅、

惟爾人子、當以未來事語人、云、亞捫人凌辱以色列族、故主耶和華曰、鋒刃已拔、加以磨礪、光芒閃爍、殺戮人民。

惟爾人子、亞捫人凌辱以色列族、爾當指彼言未來之事、曰、主天主如是云、有刃、有拔出之刃、為行殺戮而磨、以致光明閃爍、

“ And you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says about the Ammonites and their insults:“‘ A sword, a sword, drawn for the slaughter, polished to consume and to flash like lightning!

“ Son of man, prophesy. Say,‘ The Lord and King speaks about the Ammonites. He also talks about the way they laugh because of Jerusalem’s fall. He says,“‘ “A sword! A sword! Nebuchadnezzar’s sword is ready to kill you. It is shined to destroy you. It flashes like lightning.

“ And you, son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord God concerning the Ammonites and concerning their reproach; say, A sword, a sword is drawn for the slaughter. It is polished to consume and to flash like lightning—

“ And now, son of man, prophesy concerning the Ammonites and their mockery. Give them this message from the Sovereign Lord:“ A sword, a sword is drawn for your slaughter. It is polished to destroy, flashing like lightning!

“ Now you, son of man, prophesy, and say,‘ This is what the Lord GOD says concerning the Ammonites and their contempt.’ You are to proclaim,‘ A sword! A sword is drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning.

“ And you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ This is what the Lord God says concerning the sons of Ammon and their taunting,’ and say:‘ A sword, a sword is drawn, sharpened for the slaughter, to make it consume, so that it may be like lightning—

“ And you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ Thus says the Lord God concerning the Ammonites and concerning their reproach,’ and say:‘ A sword, a sword is drawn, Polished for slaughter, For consuming, for flashing—

And thou, son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah concerning the children of Ammon, and concerning their reproach; and say thou, A sword, a sword is drawn, for the slaughter it is furbished, to cause it to devour, that it may be as lightning;

“ Now prophesy, son of man, and say: This is what the Lord God says concerning the Ammonites and their contempt. You are to proclaim: A sword! A sword is drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning.

And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword[ is] drawn: for the slaughter[ it is] furbished, to consume because of the glittering:

“ As for you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says concerning the Ammonites and their coming humiliation; say:“‘ A sword, a sword drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning–

“ You, son of man, prophesy, and say,‘ The Lord Yahweh says this concerning the children of Ammon, and concerning their reproach:“ A sword! A sword is drawn! It is polished for the slaughter, to cause it to devour, that it may be as lightning;

你要劃定一條路，使刀來到亞捫人的拉巴，來到猶大，在堅固城耶路撒冷。

「人子啊，你要預言說，耶和華如此吩咐，你要說：有刀，刀已磨快，又擦亮了；磨快為要大大殺戮，擦亮為要像閃電。我們豈能快樂呢？它藐視我兒的權杖和一切的木頭。

我聽見摩押毀謗，亞捫人辱罵；他們辱罵我的百姓，自誇自大，侵犯他們的疆土。」萬軍之耶和華－以色列的上帝說：因此，我指着我的永生起誓：摩押必如所多瑪，亞捫人必像蛾摩拉，都變為刺草、鹽坑、永遠荒廢之地。我百姓中剩餘的必擄掠他們，我國中的倖存者必得他們的地。這事臨到他們是因他們的驕傲，他們自誇自大，辱罵萬軍之耶和華的百姓。

「人子啊，你要面向亞捫人說預言，攻擊他們。你要對亞捫人說，當聽主耶和華的話。主耶和華如此說：我的聖所遭褻瀆，以色列地變荒涼，猶大家被擄掠；那時，你因這些事說『啊哈』，所以，看哪，我要把你交給東方人為業；他們必在你中間安營居住，設立居所，吃你的果子，喝你的奶。我必使拉巴成為牧放駱駝之地，使亞捫成為羊羣躺臥之處，你們就知道我是耶和華。主耶和華如此說：因你們拍手頓足，幸災樂禍，藐視以色列地，所以，看哪，我要伸手攻擊你，把你交給列國作為擄物。我必從萬民中剪除你，從列邦中消滅你。我必除滅你，你就知道我是耶和華。」

論亞捫人。耶和華如此說：以色列沒有兒子嗎？沒有後嗣嗎？米勒公為何承受迦得為業呢？屬它的百姓為何住其中的城鎮呢？看哪，日子將到，我必使人聽見打仗的喊聲，攻擊亞捫人所住的拉巴的喊聲。拉巴要成為廢墟，屬它的鄉鎮要被火焚燒。這是耶和華說的。先前承受以色列為業的，此時以色列倒要承受他們為業。這是耶和華說的。希實本哪，要哀號，因為愛地已成荒地。拉巴的鄉鎮哪，要呼喊，以麻布束腰；要哭號，在籬笆中往來奔跑；因米勒公和它的祭司、官長要一同被擄去。背道的民哪，你為何因有山谷，因有水流的山谷誇耀呢？為何倚靠自己的財寶，說：「誰能來到我們這裏呢？」萬軍之主耶和華說：看哪，我要使驚嚇從四圍的鄰邦臨到你們；你們必被趕出，各人一直往前，無人收容難民。

耶和華如此說：「亞捫人三番四次犯罪，剖開基列的孕婦，擴張自己的疆界，我必不撤銷對它的懲罰。我要在戰爭吶喊的日子，在旋風狂吹時，在拉巴城內放火，吞滅它的宮殿；他們的君王和官長必一同被擄。」這是耶和華說的。

滅命的來到曠野中一切光禿的高地；耶和華的刀從地這邊直到地那邊，盡行殺滅，凡血肉之軀都不得平安。
