“人子啊！你要说预言：论到亚扪人和他们的侮辱，主耶和华这样说：‘你要说：有一把刀，有一把刀拔出来，是为要杀戮；擦亮，是为要毁灭，为要闪烁发光。

“人子啊，要发预言说：主耶和华论到亚扪人和他们的凌辱，吩咐我如此说：有刀，有拔出来的刀，已经擦亮，为行杀戮，使他像闪电以行吞灭。

“人子啊，你要说预言；你要说，论到亚扪人和他们的凌辱，主耶和华吩咐我如此说：有刀，拔出来的刀，已经擦亮，为了行杀戮；它亮如闪电以行吞灭。

“人子啊，你要说预言；你要说，论到亚扪人和他们的凌辱，主耶和华吩咐我如此说：有刀，拔出来的刀，已经擦亮，为了行杀戮；它亮如闪电以行吞灭。

“人子啊，你要说有关亚扪人及其耻辱的预言，告诉他们，主耶和华说，‘有刀，有刀已出鞘，为要杀戮；它亮如闪电，要行毁灭。

「人子啊，要發預言說：主耶和華論到亞捫人和他們的凌辱，吩咐我如此說：有刀，有拔出來的刀，已經擦亮，為行殺戮，使他像閃電以行吞滅。

「人子啊，你要說預言；你要說，論到亞捫人和他們的凌辱，主耶和華吩咐我如此說：有刀，拔出來的刀，已經擦亮，為了行殺戮；它亮如閃電以行吞滅。

「人子啊，你要說預言；你要說，論到亞捫人和他們的凌辱，主耶和華吩咐我如此說：有刀，拔出來的刀，已經擦亮，為了行殺戮；它亮如閃電以行吞滅。

「人子啊，你要說有關亞捫人及其恥辱的預言，告訴他們，主耶和華說，『有刀，有刀已出鞘，為要殺戮；它亮如閃電，要行毀滅。

“人子啊！你要說預言：論到亞捫人和他們的侮辱，主耶和華這樣說：‘你要說：有一把刀，有一把刀拔出來，是為要殺戮；擦亮，是為要毀滅，為要閃爍發光。

『人子啊，你要傳神言說：關於亞捫人和他們的辱罵、主永恆主是這麼說的：你要說：有刀劍，有拔出來的刀劍要屠殺，是已擦亮，要燦爛發光、像閃電的——

惟爾人子、當預言云、主耶和華論亞捫人、及其侮辱之言曰、有刃出鞘、磨光殺戮、猶如閃電、以行吞滅、

惟爾人子、當以未來事語人、云、亞捫人凌辱以色列族、故主耶和華曰、鋒刃已拔、加以磨礪、光芒閃爍、殺戮人民。

惟爾人子、亞捫人凌辱以色列族、爾當指彼言未來之事、曰、主天主如是云、有刃、有拔出之刃、為行殺戮而磨、以致光明閃爍、

“ And you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says about the Ammonites and their insults:“‘ A sword, a sword, drawn for the slaughter, polished to consume and to flash like lightning!

“ Son of man, prophesy. Say,‘ The Lord and King speaks about the Ammonites. He also talks about the way they laugh because of Jerusalem’s fall. He says,“‘ “A sword! A sword! Nebuchadnezzar’s sword is ready to kill you. It is shined to destroy you. It flashes like lightning.

“ And you, son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord God concerning the Ammonites and concerning their reproach; say, A sword, a sword is drawn for the slaughter. It is polished to consume and to flash like lightning—

“ And now, son of man, prophesy concerning the Ammonites and their mockery. Give them this message from the Sovereign Lord:“ A sword, a sword is drawn for your slaughter. It is polished to destroy, flashing like lightning!

“ Now you, son of man, prophesy, and say,‘ This is what the Lord GOD says concerning the Ammonites and their contempt.’ You are to proclaim,‘ A sword! A sword is drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning.

“ And you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ This is what the Lord God says concerning the sons of Ammon and their taunting,’ and say:‘ A sword, a sword is drawn, sharpened for the slaughter, to make it consume, so that it may be like lightning—

“ And you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ Thus says the Lord God concerning the Ammonites and concerning their reproach,’ and say:‘ A sword, a sword is drawn, Polished for slaughter, For consuming, for flashing—

And thou, son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah concerning the children of Ammon, and concerning their reproach; and say thou, A sword, a sword is drawn, for the slaughter it is furbished, to cause it to devour, that it may be as lightning;

“ Now prophesy, son of man, and say: This is what the Lord God says concerning the Ammonites and their contempt. You are to proclaim: A sword! A sword is drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning.

And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword[ is] drawn: for the slaughter[ it is] furbished, to consume because of the glittering:

“ As for you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says concerning the Ammonites and their coming humiliation; say:“‘ A sword, a sword drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning–

“ You, son of man, prophesy, and say,‘ The Lord Yahweh says this concerning the children of Ammon, and concerning their reproach:“ A sword! A sword is drawn! It is polished for the slaughter, to cause it to devour, that it may be as lightning;

你要定出一条路，使刀临到亚扪的拉巴，又要定出另一条路，使刀临到犹大，攻击坚固城耶路撒冷。

“人子啊！你要预言，说：‘主耶和华这样说：有一把刀，有一把磨利了的刀，是擦亮了的刀；磨利，是为要大行杀戮，擦亮，是为要闪烁发光！我们怎能快乐呢？我的儿子藐视管教的杖和一切劝告（“劝告”原文作“木头”）。

我听见了摩押人的辱骂之言，听见了亚扪人的毁谤之语，他们辱骂我的子民，又自夸自大侵犯他们的境界。因此，万军之耶和华以色列的神说：“我指着我的永生起誓：摩押人必要像所多玛，亚扪人必定像蛾摩拉，成为刺草和盐坑之所，永远荒凉之地。我余下的子民必掳掠他们，我国中所余的要得着他们为业。”由于他们的狂傲，这事就临到他们；因为他们自夸自大，辱骂万军之耶和华的子民。

“人子啊！你要面对亚扪人，说预言攻击他们。你要对亚扪人说：‘你们要听主耶和华的话。主耶和华这样说：我的圣所被亵渎，以色列地荒凉，犹大家被掳去的时候，你说：“哈哈！”所以我要把你交给东方人作产业；他们必在你那里安营，在你那里设立居所；他们必吃你的果子，喝你的奶。我必使拉巴成为牧放骆驼的地方，使亚扪人之地成为羊群躺卧之处。你们就知道我是耶和华。主耶和华这样说：因为你手舞足蹈，心存轻蔑，因以色列地的遭遇而欢喜。所以我必伸手攻击你，把你交给列国作掠物；我必从万族中剪除你，使你从列邦中灭亡；我必消灭你，你就知道我是耶和华。’”

论到亚扪，耶和华这样说：“以色列没有子孙吗？没有后嗣吗？为什么米勒公竟承受了迦得为业呢？它的人民为什么住在迦得的城市里呢？因此，看哪！日子快到（这是耶和华的宣告），我必使战争的吶喊声响起，有敌人来攻击亚扪的拉巴；拉巴必成为一片废墟，属它的乡镇（“乡镇”原文作“女子”）必被火焚烧。那时以色列人必从侵略他们的人的手中收回土地。”这是耶和华说的。“希实本哪，你要哀号！因为艾城已被毁灭。拉巴的居民（“居民”原文作“女子”），你们要呼喊，要腰束麻布，要哀哭，要在城墙内跑来跑去。因为米勒公，以及事奉它的祭司和领袖，都必一同被掳去。背道的居民（“居民”原文作“女子”）哪！你们为什么因有山谷，就是你们那肥沃的山谷而夸口呢？你们十分倚靠自己的财宝，说：‘有谁敢来攻击我们呢？’看哪！我必使你们因四围的列国而恐慌，这是主万军之耶和华的宣告；你们必被赶逐，各自逃命，没有人把四散奔逃的人聚集起来。

“耶和华这样说：‘亚扪三番四次犯罪，我必不收回惩罚他的命令；因为他为了扩张疆界，甚至剖开基列孕妇的肚腹。在战争之日的吶喊中，在风雨天的暴风中；我必在拉巴的城墙放火，烧毁他的堡垒。他的君王必被掳走，君王和官员一同被掳。’这是耶和华说的。”

在旷野一切光秃的高冈上，行毁灭的已经来到了；因为耶和华的刀。从地这边直到地那边，要吞灭一切；人人都没有平安。
