其遍歷郇山、而環繞之、數其戍樓兮、觀其城郭、察其宮室、傳於後世兮、

約押攻亞捫族之拉巴、取其王城、

核數耶路撒冷之第宅、毀其屋宇、葺其城垣、

王強厥志、築其頹垣、建樓於上、城外復築城、鞏固大衛城之米羅、多製器械干盾、

嗣後、瑪拿西在大衛城谷中、基訓溪西、建築外垣、沿至魚門、周俄斐勒、建垣甚高、又於猶大之堅城置軍長、

大衛居其保障、名之曰大衛城、在米羅之內、四周築垣、

烏西雅在耶路撒冷建樓於隅門、谷門、城曲之處、而鞏固之、

維仇與敵、入耶路撒冷邑門兮、天下君王、地上居民、莫之信兮、
