以色列族乎、爾獻子女、焚之以火、崇事偶像、自沾污衊、今日乃來問我、我耶和華、指己而誓、不許爾與我言。

When you offer your gifts— the sacrifice of your children in the fire— you continue to defile yourselves with all your idols to this day. Am I to let you inquire of me, you Israelites? As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I will not let you inquire of me.

You make yourselves‘ unclean’ by offering sacrifices to other gods. You even sacrifice your children in the fire. You continue to do these things to this day. People of Israel, should I let you ask me for advice? I will not let you do that,” announces the Lord and King.“ And that is just as sure as I am alive.

When you present your gifts and offer up your children in fire, you defile yourselves with all your idols to this day. And shall I be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, declares the Lord God, I will not be inquired of by you.

For when you offer gifts to them and give your little children to be burned as sacrifices, you continue to pollute yourselves with idols to this day. Should I allow you to ask for a message from me, O people of Israel? As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, I will tell you nothing.

把自己的儿女祭祀鬼魔，流无辜人的血，就是自己儿女的血，把他们祭祀迦南的偶像，那地就被血污秽了。这样，他们被自己所做的污秽了，在行为上犯了邪淫。

转耳不听律法的，他的祈祷也为可憎。

“人子啊，你要告诉以色列的长老说，主耶和华如此说：你们来是求问我吗？主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，我必不被你们求问。

又建筑巴力的邱坛，好在火中焚烧自己的儿子，作为燔祭献给巴力。这不是我所吩咐的，不是我所提说的，也不是我心所起的意。

万军之耶和华说：“我曾呼唤他们，他们不听；将来他们呼求我，我也不听！

他们禁食的时候，我不听他们的呼求；他们献燔祭和素祭，我也不悦纳；我却要用刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫灭绝他们。”

“人子啊，这些人已将他们的假神接到心里，把陷于罪的绊脚石放在面前，我岂能丝毫被他们求问吗？所以你要告诉他们：‘主耶和华如此说：以色列家的人中，凡将他的假神接到心里，把陷于罪的绊脚石放在面前，又就了先知来的，我耶和华在他所求的事上，必按他众多的假神回答他，

不敬虔的人虽然得利，神夺取其命的时候还有什么指望呢？

其余的童女随后也来了，说：‘主啊，主啊，给我们开门！’他却回答说：‘我实在告诉你们，我不认识你们。’

你们中间的争战斗殴是从哪里来的呢？不是从你们百体中战斗之私欲来的吗？你们贪恋，还是得不着；你们杀害嫉妒，又斗殴争战，也不能得。你们得不着，是因为你们不求。你们求也得不着，是因为你们妄求，要浪费在你们的宴乐中。

并且你将给我所生的儿女焚献给他。

以利沙对以色列王说：“我与你何干？去问你父亲的先知和你母亲的先知吧！”以色列王对他说：“不要这样说，耶和华招聚我们这三王，乃要交在摩押人的手里。”以利沙说：“我指着所侍奉永生的万军耶和华起誓，我若不看犹大王约沙法的情面，必不理你，不顾你。

我若心里注重罪孽，主必不听。

惊恐临到你们，好像狂风；灾难来到，如同暴风；急难痛苦临到你们身上。那时，你们必呼求我，我却不答应，恳切地寻找我，却寻不见。

他岂以全能者为乐，随时求告神呢？

你们中间不可有人使儿女经火，也不可有占卜的、观兆的、用法术的、行邪术的、用迷术的、交鬼的、行巫术的、过阴的。凡行这些事的都为耶和华所憎恶；因那些国民行这可憎恶的事，所以耶和华你的神将他们从你面前赶出。

扫罗看见非利士的军旅就惧怕，心中发颤。扫罗求问耶和华，耶和华却不藉梦，或乌陵，或先知回答他。

你们举手祷告，我必遮眼不看；就是你们多多地祈祷，我也不听。你们的手都满了杀人的血。
