以色列族乎、爾獻子女、焚之以火、崇事偶像、自沾污衊、今日乃來問我、我耶和華、指己而誓、不許爾與我言。

When you offer your gifts— the sacrifice of your children in the fire— you continue to defile yourselves with all your idols to this day. Am I to let you inquire of me, you Israelites? As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I will not let you inquire of me.

You make yourselves‘ unclean’ by offering sacrifices to other gods. You even sacrifice your children in the fire. You continue to do these things to this day. People of Israel, should I let you ask me for advice? I will not let you do that,” announces the Lord and King.“ And that is just as sure as I am alive.

When you present your gifts and offer up your children in fire, you defile yourselves with all your idols to this day. And shall I be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, declares the Lord God, I will not be inquired of by you.

For when you offer gifts to them and give your little children to be burned as sacrifices, you continue to pollute yourselves with idols to this day. Should I allow you to ask for a message from me, O people of Israel? As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, I will tell you nothing.

他们把自己的儿女祭祀鬼魔。他们流了无辜人的血，就是他们自己儿女的血，把他们祭祀迦南的偶像；那地就被血污秽了。这样，他们因自己所作的成了不洁，他们的行为使他们犯了邪淫。

转身不听训诲的，他的祷告也是可厌恶的。

“人子啊！你要告诉以色列的长老，对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说：你们来求问我吗？我指着我的永生起誓，我必不让你们求问我。这是主耶和华的宣告。’

他们筑了巴力的邱坛，好用火焚烧自己的儿女，作燔祭献给巴力。这不是我吩咐的，我没有提说过，也没有在我心里想过。

我曾呼唤他们，他们不听；照样，将来他们呼求我，我也不听。这是万军之耶和华说的。

即使他们禁食，我也不会听他们的呼求；即使他们献上燔祭和素祭，我也不会悦纳；我却要用刀剑、饥荒和瘟疫去灭尽他们。”

“人子啊！这些人已经把他们的偶像接到心里去，把那陷他们在罪孽中的绊脚石放在自己面前，我怎能让他们向我求问呢？因此，你要告诉他们，对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说：以色列家的人中，凡把他的偶像接到心里去，把那陷自己在罪孽中的绊脚石放在自己面前，却又来见先知的，我耶和华必按他拜众多偶像的罪报应他，

不敬虔的人被剪除，神夺去他性命的时候还有什么指望呢？

后来，其余的童女也来到，说：‘主啊，主啊，给我们开门吧！’新郎却回答：‘我实在告诉你们，我不认识你们。’

你们中间的争执和打斗是从哪里来的呢？不是从你们肢体中好斗的私欲来的吗？你们放纵贪欲，如果得不到，就杀人；你们嫉妒，如果一无所得，就打斗争执。你们得不到，因为你们不求；你们求也得不到，因为你们的动机不良，要把所得的耗费在你们的私欲上。

你更把你的儿女，就是你给我所生的儿女，献给它们作食物；你所行的淫乱还算是小事吗？

以利沙对以色列王说：“我和你有什么关系呢？去问你父亲和你母亲的先知吧！”以色列王对他说：“不要这样说，耶和华招聚这三位君王，是要把他们交在摩押人手中。”以利沙说：“我指着我所事奉永活的万军耶和华起誓，若不是看犹大王约沙法的情面，我根本不会理你，看也不看你。

如果我心里偏向罪孽，主必不听；

惊恐临到你们好像风暴，灾难如同飓风来临，患难困苦临到你们身上。那时，他们必呼求我，我却不回答；他们切切寻找我，却寻不见；

他以全能者为乐，时时求告神吗？

在你中间不可有人把自己的儿女献作火祭（“把自己的儿女献作火祭”直译是“使自己的儿女经过进入火中”），也不可有占卜的、算命的、用法术的、行邪术的、念咒的、问鬼的、行巫术的、过阴的。因为行这些事的，都是耶和华厌恶的；就是因为这些可厌可恶的事的缘故，耶和华你的神才把他们从你的面前赶走。

扫罗看见了非利士人的军队，就惧怕，他的心大大发抖。扫罗求问耶和华，耶和华却没有藉着梦，或乌陵，或先知回答他。

所以你们张开双手的时候，我必掩眼不看你们；即使你们多多祷告，我也不听；你们的手都沾满血腥。
