我乃主爾之天主、當遵我之律例、守我之法度以行之、

I am the Lord your God; follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.

I am the Lord your God. So follow my rules. Be careful to obey my laws.

I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and be careful to obey my rules,

‘ I am the Lord your God,’ I told them.‘ Follow my decrees, pay attention to my regulations,

I am the LORD your God. Follow my statutes, keep my ordinances, and practice them.

You shall not turn away to the right hand or to the left.You shall walk in all the way which Yahweh your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess.Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Yahweh your God commanded to teach you, that you might do them in the land that you go over to possess;that you might fear Yahweh your God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command you— you, your son, and your son’s son, all the days of your life; and that your days may be prolonged.Hear therefore, Israel, and observe to do it, that it may be well with you, and that you may increase mightily, as Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has promised to you, in a land flowing with milk and honey.Hear, Israel: Yahweh is our God. Yahweh is one.You shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart;and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.You shall bind them for a sign on your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes.

that they might keep his statutes, and observe his laws. Praise Yah!

For that would turn away your sons from following me, that they may serve other gods. So Yahweh’s anger would be kindled against you, and he would destroy you quickly.But you shall deal with them like this: you shall break down their altars, dash their pillars in pieces, cut down their Asherah poles, and burn their engraved images with fire.For you are a holy people to Yahweh your God. Yahweh your God has chosen you to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples who are on the face of the earth.

Yahweh’s law is perfect, restoring the soul. Yahweh’s covenant is sure, making wise the simple.Yahweh’s precepts are right, rejoicing the heart. Yahweh’s commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes.The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. Yahweh’s ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.They are more to be desired than gold, yes, than much fine gold, sweeter also than honey and the extract of the honeycomb.Moreover your servant is warned by them. In keeping them there is great reward.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age;looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

Now, Israel, listen to the statutes and to the ordinances which I teach you, to do them; that you may live, and go in and possess the land which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, gives you.

that they may walk in my statutes, and keep my ordinances, and do them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

Therefore you shall love Yahweh your God, and keep his instructions, his statutes, his ordinances, and his commandments, always.

These are the statutes and the ordinances which you shall observe to do in the land which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess all the days that you live on the earth.

There shall be no strange god in you, neither shall you worship any foreign god.I am Yahweh, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

You shall observe to do all the commandments which I command you today, that you may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers.

Return, you backsliding children, and I will heal your backsliding.“ Behold, we have come to you; for you are Yahweh our God.Truly in vain is help from the hills, the tumult on the mountains. Truly the salvation of Israel is in Yahweh our God.

At that time Yahweh said to me,“ Cut two stone tablets like the first, and come up to me onto the mountain, and make an ark of wood.I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets which you broke, and you shall put them in the ark.”So I made an ark of acacia wood, and cut two stone tablets like the first, and went up onto the mountain, having the two tablets in my hand.He wrote on the tablets, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which Yahweh spoke to you on the mountain out of the middle of the fire in the day of the assembly; and Yahweh gave them to me.I turned and came down from the mountain, and put the tablets in the ark which I had made; and there they are as Yahweh commanded me.( The children of Israel traveled from Beeroth Bene Jaakan to Moserah. There Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest’s office in his place.From there they traveled to Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of brooks of water.At that time Yahweh set apart the tribe of Levi to bear the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, to stand before Yahweh to minister to him, and to bless in his name, to this day.Therefore Levi has no portion nor inheritance with his brothers; Yahweh is his inheritance, according as Yahweh your God spoke to him.)I stayed on the mountain, as at the first time, forty days and forty nights; and Yahweh listened to me that time also. Yahweh would not destroy you.Yahweh said to me,“ Arise, take your journey before the people; and they shall go in and possess the land which I swore to their fathers to give to them.”Now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, and to serve Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

“ You also came down on Mount Sinai, and spoke with them from heaven, and gave them right ordinances and true laws, good statutes and commandments,and made known to them your holy Sabbath, and commanded them commandments, statutes, and a law, by Moses your servant,

I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them.

“‘“ My servant David will be king over them. They all will have one shepherd. They will also walk in my ordinances, and observe my statutes, and do them.

Moses called to all Israel, and said to them,“ Hear, Israel, the statutes and the ordinances which I speak in your ears today, that you may learn them, and observe to do them.”
