He said:“ Son of man, I am sending you to the Israelites, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me; they and their ancestors have been in revolt against me to this very day.

He said,“ Son of man, I am sending you to the people of Israel. That nation has refused to obey me. They have turned against me. They and their people of long ago have been against me to this day.

And he said to me,“ Son of man, I send you to the people of Israel, to nations of rebels, who have rebelled against me. They and their fathers have transgressed against me to this very day.

“ Son of man,” he said,“ I am sending you to the nation of Israel, a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me. They and their ancestors have been rebelling against me to this very day.

He said to me,“ Son of man, I am sending you to the Israelites, to the rebellious pagans who have rebelled against me. The Israelites and their ancestors have transgressed against me to this day.

Then He said to me,“ Son of man, I am sending you to the sons of Israel, to a rebellious people who have rebelled against Me; they and their fathers have revolted against Me to this very day.

And He said to me:“ Son of man, I am sending you to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against Me; they and their fathers have transgressed against Me to this very day.

And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to nations that are rebellious, which have rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me even unto this very day.

He said to me:“ Son of man, I am sending you to the Israelites, to the rebellious pagans who have rebelled against Me. The Israelites and their ancestors have transgressed against Me to this day.

And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me,[ even] unto this very day.

He said to me,“ Son of man, I am sending you to the house of Israel, to rebellious nations who have rebelled against me; both they and their fathers have revolted against me to this very day.

He said to me,“ Son of man, I send you to the children of Israel, to a nation of rebels who have rebelled against me. They and their fathers have transgressed against me even to this very day.

耶和華對撒母耳說：「你就聽從民眾對你說的一切話。其實他們不是厭棄你，而是厭棄我作他們的王。自從我帶他們出埃及的那天起直到今日，他們離棄我，服事別的神明——他們怎樣對我做這一切，現在也怎樣對你做。

我們犯了罪，行事扭曲，作惡背叛，偏離了你的誡命和法規，沒有聽從你的僕人眾先知——他們奉你的名向我們的君王們、首領們、祖先們和這地所有的子民說話。「主啊，公義在於你；至於我們猶大人、耶路撒冷的居民，以及你驅趕到遠近各地的全體以色列人，因為對你行事不忠，都滿面羞恥，就像今天這樣！耶和華啊，我們和我們的君王們、首領們、祖先們都滿面羞恥，因為我們對你犯了罪！憐憫和赦免在於主我們的神；我們卻背叛了他，沒有聽從耶和華我們神的話，沒有遵行他藉著他的僕人眾先知在我們面前所立的律法。「全體以色列人都違背、偏離了你的律法，不聽從你的話；因此神的僕人摩西的律法上所記的詛咒和審判都傾瀉在我們身上，因為我們對神犯了罪。神實現了他的話語，就是他針對我們、針對那些審判我們的審判官所說的，為要使極大的禍患臨到我們身上；像這樣在耶路撒冷所發生的禍患，在普天之下從來沒有發生過。照著摩西的律法上所記的，這一切禍患都臨到我們身上；然而我們卻沒有懇求耶和華我們神的恩寵，好使我們回轉離開自己的罪孽，留心你的真理。

我又聽見主的聲音說：「我可以差遣誰呢？誰肯為我們去呢？」我就說：「我在這裡，差遣我！」他說：「你去告訴這百姓說：『你們聽了又聽，卻不領悟；看了又看，卻不明白。』讓這子民的心麻木，耳朵發沉，眼睛蒙蔽，免得他們眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裡領悟，回轉過來，就得痊癒。」

他們與毗珥的巴力聯合，吃了給無生命之物的祭品；

如果沒有奉差派，又怎麼能去傳講呢？正如經上所記：「傳講美好福音的人，他們的腳蹤多麼美麗！」

並且人要奉他的名宣講為罪得赦免的悔改，從耶路撒冷開始，直到萬國。你們就是這些事的見證人。

到了收穫的季節，他就派了一個奴僕到那些農夫那裡去，好從他們收取葡萄園的果子。但他們抓住那奴僕，打了他，叫他空手回去。園主又派另一個奴僕到他們那裡去。那些農夫打傷了他的頭，並且侮辱他。園主再派另一個去，他們把他殺了。另派了許多去，有的被打，有的被殺。

「你們這些頑固不化、心和耳都未受割禮的人哪，你們總是抗拒聖靈！你們的祖先怎樣，你們也怎樣。

耶穌又對他們說：「願你們平安！正如父差派了我，我也要派遣你們。」說了這話，耶穌向他們吹了一口氣，說：「領受聖靈吧！

他們又在米利巴的水邊惹神發怒，以致摩西也因他們的緣故受了虧損；因為他們悖逆了神的靈，摩西的嘴就說了輕率的話。他們沒有照著耶和華所吩咐的，除滅那裡的族群；反而與列國混合，學習他們的行為，服事他們的偶像。這就成為自己的陷阱。他們把自己的兒子和女兒祭獻給鬼魔；他們流無辜人的血，就是自己兒子和女兒的血，把他們祭獻給迦南的偶像，那地就被血玷汙了。那時他們因自己所做的被玷汙，在自己的行為上犯了姦淫。於是耶和華的怒氣向他的子民發作；他厭惡自己的繼業，

他們在營中嫉妒摩西，以及耶和華的聖者亞倫。地就裂開，吞掉了大坍，掩埋了亞比蘭的同黨。火在他們的同黨中燃燒，火焰燒盡了惡人。他們在何烈山鑄造牛犢，竟向一個鑄像下拜，把他們榮耀的主替換為吃草之牛的樣式。他們忘記了神是他們的拯救者——是他在埃及行了大事，
