再者，惡人若回轉離開他所行的惡，而行公平正義的事，他就會將性命救活。

再者，恶人若回头离开所行的恶，行正直与合理的事，他必将性命救活了。

恶人若回转离开所行的恶，行公平公义的事，他必救自己的命；

恶人若回转离开所行的恶，行公平公义的事，他必救自己的命；

倘若恶人离恶行义，他必救回自己的性命。

还有，恶人若回转离开他所行的恶，行正直公义的事，他就可以使自己的性命存活。

如惡人轉離所行之惡、循法合理、必保其生、

如惡人悛改素行、孳孳為義、則可得生、

如惡人悛改所行之惡、為義行善、必保其生命、

But if a wicked person turns away from the wickedness they have committed and does what is just and right, they will save their life.

But suppose a sinful person turns away from the evil things they have done. And they do what is fair and right. Then they will save their life.

Again, when a wicked person turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just and right, he shall save his life.

And if wicked people turn from their wickedness, obey the law, and do what is just and right, they will save their lives.

永恆主說：『來，我們來彼此辯訴；你們的罪雖像硃紅，必變白如雪；雖紅如丹硃，必白如羊毛。

惡人要離棄自己的路；奸惡之輩要棄掉自己的意圖，回轉來歸永恆主，讓永恆主憐憫他，來歸我們的上帝，因為上帝廣行赦免。

『但是惡人若回轉離開他所犯的一切罪，謹守我一切的律例，行公平正義的事，他必定活着，不至於早死。

你們去研究研究「我喜愛憐憫，不喜愛祭祀」是甚麼意思。我來不是要召義人，乃是要召罪人。』

不但對猶太人、也對希利尼人、我都鄭重地證明他們在上帝面前應當悔改，對我們主耶穌應當有信心。

所以你們要悔改、回轉過來，使你們的罪得擦掉，使舒爽之時期從主面前來到，

我乃是先向在大馬色和耶路撒冷的人，然後向猶太全地區以及外國、傳報，叫他們悔改、轉向上帝，行事跟悔改相稱。

『但是你們以為怎樣？有一個人有兩個孩子；他走上前對老大說：「孩子，你去；你今天在葡萄園裏工作吧。」他回答說，「阿爸，我去」；卻沒有去。又走上前去對老二也這樣說；他回答說，「我不願意」；後來後悔，去了。這兩人中，誰實行了那父親的意旨呢？他們說：『那後者。』耶穌對他們說：「我實在告訴你們，收稅的人和妓女比你們先進上帝的國呢！因為約翰引着義路到你們這裏來，你們不信他；收稅人和妓女倒信他。你們看了之後，還是沒有後悔而去信他。

彼得還用更多別樣的話鄭重地作見證，勸勉他們說：『你們要救自己、脫離這彎曲的世代。』

號角聲他聽見了，他卻不接受警告，故此流他血的罪要歸到他自己身上；守望者既發出了警告，便可搭救他自己的性命。

要注意看你自己和你的教導；要在這些事上持之有恆；因為你這樣行，既能救你自己，又能救聽你的人。
