还有，恶人若回转离开他所行的恶，行正直公义的事，他就可以使自己的性命存活。

再者，恶人若回头离开所行的恶，行正直与合理的事，他必将性命救活了。

倘若恶人离恶行义，他必救回自己的性命。

如惡人轉離所行之惡、循法合理、必保其生、

如惡人悛改素行、孳孳為義、則可得生、

如惡人悛改所行之惡、為義行善、必保其生命、

But if a wicked person turns away from the wickedness they have committed and does what is just and right, they will save their life.

But suppose a sinful person turns away from the evil things they have done. And they do what is fair and right. Then they will save their life.

耶和华说：“你们来，我们彼此辩论；你们的罪虽像硃红，必变成雪白；虽红如丹颜，必白如羊毛。

恶人要离弃自己的道路，不义的人当除去自己的意念，回转过来归向耶和华，耶和华就必怜悯他。你们当回转过来归向我们的神，因为他大大赦免人的罪。

“恶人若回转，离开他所犯的一切罪，谨守我的一切律例，行正直和公义的事，就必存活，不致灭亡。

‘我喜爱怜悯，不喜爱祭祀’，你们去想一想这话的意思吧。我来不是要召义人，而是要召罪人。”

我对犹太人和希腊人都作过见证，要他们悔改归向神，信靠我们的主耶稣。

所以你们应当悔改归正，使你们的罪得着涂抹。

先向大马士革、耶路撒冷、犹太全地的人宣讲，后向外族人宣讲，叫他们悔改，归向神，行事与悔改的心相称。

“你们认为怎样？有一个人，他有两个儿子。他去对大儿子说：‘孩子，你今天到葡萄园去工作吧。’他说：‘我不想去。’但后来他改变主意，就去了。父亲又照样去吩咐小儿子。小儿子说：‘父亲，我会去的。’后来却没有去。这两个儿子，哪一个听父亲的话呢？”他们说：“大儿子。”耶稣对他们说：“我实在告诉你们：税吏和娼妓比你们先进神的国。约翰来到你们那里，指示你们行义路﹙或译：“约翰在义路中，来到你们这里”。﹚，你们不信他；税吏和娼妓却信了他。你们看见了之后，还是没有改变心意去信他。

彼得还用许多别的话，郑重作证，并且劝勉他们，说：“你们应当救自己脱离这弯曲的世代！”

他既然听见号角声而不接受警告，所以他的罪（“罪”原文作“血”）要归到自己的身上；他若接受警告，就可以救回自己的性命了。

你要谨慎自己，留心自己的教训。在这些事上要有恒心，因为你这样作，不但能救自己，也能救那些听你的人。
