常在庙宇吃祭偶像之物，玷污别人的妻子，

（虽然他父亲并没有作这样的事）：他在山上吃祭肉，又玷污邻舍的妻子；

而那些善事他卻不行，因為他也在山上喫了祭偶像之物，他鄰舍的妻他也玷污了；

不行上所言之善、食於山、污其鄰之妻、

( though the father has done none of them):“ He eats at the mountain shrines. He defiles his neighbor’s wife.

Suppose he does these things even though his father never did.“ Suppose the son eats at the mountain temples. And he sleeps with another man’s wife.

( though he himself did none of these things), who even eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,

And that son does all the evil things his father would never do— he worships idols on the mountains, commits adultery,

though the father has done none of them. Indeed, when the son eats at the mountain shrines and defiles his neighbor’s wife,

( though he himself did not do any of these things), that is, he even eats at the mountain shrines, and defiles his neighbor’s wife,

And does none of those duties, But has eaten on the mountains Or defiled his neighbor’s wife;

and that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbor’s wife,

though the father has done none of them. Indeed, when the son eats at the mountain shrines and defiles his neighbor’s wife,

And that doeth not any of those[ duties], but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour’s wife,

( though the father did not do any of them). He eats pagan sacrifices on the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,

or who does not do any of those things, but even has eaten at the mountain shrines, and defiled his neighbor’s wife,

反倒回来，在耶和华禁止你吃饭喝水的地方吃了喝了，因此你的尸身不得入你列祖的坟墓。’”

“凡称呼我‘主啊，主啊’的人不能都进天国；惟独遵行我天父旨意的人才能进去。当那日必有许多人对我说：‘主啊，主啊，我们不是奉你的名传道，奉你的名赶鬼，奉你的名行许多异能吗？’我就明明地告诉他们说：‘我从来不认识你们，你们这些作恶的人，离开我去吧！’”“所以，凡听见我这话就去行的，好比一个聪明人，把房子盖在磐石上；雨淋，水冲，风吹，撞着那房子，房子总不倒塌，因为根基立在磐石上。凡听见我这话不去行的，好比一个无知的人，把房子盖在沙土上；雨淋，水冲，风吹，撞着那房子，房子就倒塌了，并且倒塌得很大。”

你们在我身上所学习的，所领受的，所听见的，所看见的，这些事你们都要去行，赐平安的神就必与你们同在。

神人对王说：“你就是把你的宫一半给我，我也不同你进去，也不在这地方吃饭喝水；

那些洗净自己衣服的有福了！可得权柄能到生命树那里，也能从门进城。

并且我们一切所求的，就从他得着；因为我们遵守他的命令，行他所喜悦的事。

未曾在山上吃过祭偶像之物，未曾仰望以色列家的偶像，未曾玷污邻舍的妻，

你们若遵行我所吩咐的，就是我的朋友了。

未曾在山上吃过祭偶像之物，未曾仰望以色列家的偶像，未曾玷污邻舍的妻，未曾在妇人的经期内亲近她，未曾亏负人，乃将欠债之人的当头还给他；未曾抢夺人的物件，却将食物给饥饿的人吃，将衣服给赤身的人穿；

你们既知道这事，若是去行就有福了。

耶稣说：“是，却还不如听神之道而遵守的人有福。”

这样，信心若没有行为就是死的。
