告之曰、主天主如是云、有一巨鷹、翼大羽長、翎毛豐滿、采色俱備、至利巴嫩、在柏香木巔取柏香木之枝、

Say to them,‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: A great eagle with powerful wings, long feathers and full plumage of varied colors came to Lebanon. Taking hold of the top of a cedar,

Tell them,‘ The Lord and King says,“ A great eagle came to the city of‘ Lebanon.’ It had powerful wings and a lot of long feathers. The feathers were colorful and beautiful. The eagle landed in the top of a cedar tree.

say, Thus says the Lord God: A great eagle with great wings and long pinions, rich in plumage of many colors, came to Lebanon and took the top of the cedar.

and say,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ A great eagle with great wings and long feathers, full of feathers, which had various colors, came to Lebanon, and took the top of the cedar.

耶和华说：“看啊，敌人必像展翅疾飞的大鹰一样来攻击摩押。

“吹响号角警告众人吧！敌人要如鹰扑向耶和华的家，因为百姓背弃我的约，违背我的律法。

王啊，这苍劲有力的树就是你，你的威名高达穹苍，你的权柄延至地极。

“‘又有一只大鹰飞来，翅膀宽大，羽毛丰满。这葡萄树把根和枝子转向这只鹰，渴望得到它的浇灌。

约雅斤十八岁登基，在耶路撒冷执政三个月零十天。他做耶和华视为恶的事。那年春天，尼布甲尼撒王派人把他和耶和华殿里的贵重器皿一同带到巴比伦。尼布甲尼撒另立约雅斤的叔叔西底迦做犹大和耶路撒冷的王。

“你要对这些悖逆的人说，‘你们不明白这比喻的意思吗？’要告诉他们，巴比伦王攻取了耶路撒冷，把其中的君王和大臣掳到巴比伦，并从犹大王室中选出一人与他立约，要他效忠。巴比伦王掳去犹大国的重臣，使犹大国臣服于他，无法图强，只能遵守盟约，以求生存。后来，犹大王背叛了巴比伦王，派使者到埃及请求支援军队马匹。他能成功吗？他这样做怎能逃脱惩罚呢？他这样背约怎能逃脱惩罚呢？“我凭我的永恒起誓，巴比伦王立他做王，他却弃约背誓，他必死在巴比伦。敌人筑起围攻的土垒和高台大肆杀戮的时候，法老虽然兵强马壮，人多势众，仍无法帮他抗敌。他起誓降服，却弃约背誓，所以绝不能逃避后果。因此，主耶和华说，‘我凭我的永恒起誓，他既藐视与我所立的誓言，背弃与我所定的约，我必惩罚他。我要撒开网罗抓住他，把他带到巴比伦，审判他对我不忠的罪。他所有的精兵都要丧身刀下，余下的也要四散逃窜。这样，你们就知道这是我耶和华说的。

追赶我们的人比飞鹰更快，他们在山上追捕我们，在旷野伏击我们。

看啊，仇敌必如云涌来，他的战车快如旋风，他的战马比飞鹰还快。我们有祸了！我们灭亡了！

你这栖身在石缝间、盘踞在高山上的民族啊，你令人惊惧、心高气傲，其实只是自欺。尽管你像老鹰在高处搭窝，我也必把你拉下来。这是耶和华说的。

也将居住在各地的世人、走兽和飞禽都交在你手中，让你管理。你就是那金头。

那时，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒派将领围攻耶路撒冷。围城期间，尼布甲尼撒亲自来到耶路撒冷。犹大王约雅斤及其母亲、臣仆和文官武将向尼布甲尼撒投降。巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒在他执政第八年俘虏了约雅斤，拿走了耶和华殿里和王宫里的宝物，以及所罗门王为耶和华的殿所造的金器，正如耶和华所言。他又掳走住在耶路撒冷的所有将领、勇士、工匠和铁匠共一万人，只留下了境内最贫穷的人。他把约雅斤及其母亲、妃嫔、臣仆和国中政要从耶路撒冷掳到巴比伦。此外被掳的还有能征善战的勇士七千人，工匠和铁匠一千人。

尸体在哪里，秃鹰就会聚集在哪里。

住在黎巴嫩、安居在香柏木宫殿中的人啊，当妇人分娩般的痛苦临到你们的时候，你们将怎样呻吟呢！”耶和华说：“犹大王约雅敬的儿子哥尼雅啊，我凭我的永恒起誓，即使你是我右手上盖章的戒指，我也要把你摘下来，交给那些想杀你的人，交给你所惧怕的人，就是巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒和他的迦勒底军队。我要把你和你母亲赶到异乡，那里不是你们的出生之地，却是葬身之处。你们渴望回到故乡，却不能如愿以偿。”难道哥尼雅是个被人鄙视、无人理睬的破瓶子吗？为什么他和他的子孙被赶到陌生之地？

“耶和华要使一国从遥远的地极兴起，他们要如鹰飞来袭击你们。你们不懂他们的语言。

巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒从耶路撒冷把犹大王约雅敬的儿子耶哥尼雅、犹大的官员、技工和工匠掳到巴比伦以后，耶和华使我看见两筐无花果放在祂的殿前。

第一只兽像狮子，但有鹰的翅膀。我观看时，见它的翅膀被拔掉。它被扶起来，像人一样双脚站在地上，并被赋予人的头脑。
