“‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: I will take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and plant it. I will pluck a tender sprig from its topmost shoots, and I will plant it on a high towering mountain.

主耶和华如此说：“我要将香柏树梢拧去栽上，就是从尽尖的嫩枝中折一嫩枝，栽于极高的山上；

主耶和华如此说：“我要从香柏树高高的树梢摘取并栽上，从顶端的嫩枝中折下一嫩枝，栽于极高的山上，

主耶和华如此说：“我要从香柏树高高的树梢摘取并栽上，从顶端的嫩枝中折下一嫩枝，栽于极高的山上，

“主耶和华说，‘我要从高大的香柏树梢折下一根嫩枝，种植在以色列巍峨的高山上。

“‘主耶和华这样说：我要从高大香柏树的树梢上取去一根树枝，把它栽上；我要从树顶的嫩枝中折下一根枝子，把它栽种在高耸的山上；

主耶和華如此說：「我要將香柏樹梢擰去栽上，就是從儘尖的嫩枝中折一嫩枝，栽於極高的山上；

「主耶和華說，『我要從高大的香柏樹梢折下一根嫩枝，種植在以色列巍峨的高山上。

“‘主耶和華這樣說：我要從高大香柏樹的樹梢上取去一根樹枝，把它栽上；我要從樹頂的嫩枝中折下一根枝子，把它栽種在高聳的山上；

主永恆主這麼說：『我，我要從香柏樹的高梢兒擰去一枝，給栽上；我要從香柏樹儘頂尖兒折去它的幼枝子、柔嫩嫩的，由我給移植在高峻巍峨的山上；

主耶和華曰、我必取香柏之高枝而植之、自高枝中、折其柔條、植於高峻之山、

主耶和華又曰、我必取柏香木之高枝、栽之於囿、在弱幹中、更取柔條、栽之高嶺、

主天主如是云、我亦在柏香木巔上、必取枝而植之、在樹杪之柔條中、在樹杪之柔條中或作在至高之柔條中必折一柔條、植於崇高之山、

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will take a shoot from the very top of a cedar and plant it; I will break off a tender sprig from its topmost shoots and plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

“‘ The Lord and King says,“ I myself will get a twig from the very top of a cedar tree and plant it. I will break off the highest twig. I will plant it on a very high mountain.

Thus says the Lord God:“ I myself will take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and will set it out. I will break off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and I myself will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

“ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take a branch from the top of a tall cedar, and I will plant it on the top of Israel’s highest mountain.

This is what the Lord God says:“ I will also take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and set it out; I will break off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and I will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

Thus says the Lord GOD:“ I will take also one of the highest branches of the high cedar and set it out. I will crop off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and will plant it on a high and prominent mountain.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will also take of the lofty top of the cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and I will plant it upon a high and lofty mountain:

This is what the Lord God says: I will take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and plant it. I will pluck a tender sprig from its topmost shoots, and I will plant it on a high towering mountain.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set[ it]; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant[ it] upon an high mountain and eminent:

“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says:“‘ I will take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and plant it. I will pluck from the top one of its tender twigs; I myself will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

“ The Lord Yahweh says:‘ I will also take some of the lofty top of the cedar, and will plant it. I will crop off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and I will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

For on my holy mountain, Israel’s high mountain— the declaration of the Lord GOD— there the entire house of Israel, all of them, will serve me in the land. There I will accept them and will require your contributions and choicest gifts, all your holy offerings.

May there be plenty of grain in the land; may it wave on the tops of the mountains. May its crops be like Lebanon. May people flourish in the cities like the grass of the field.

You are to tell him: This is what the LORD of Armies says: Here is a man whose name is Branch; he will branch out from his place and build the LORD’s temple.Yes, he will build the LORD’s temple; he will bear royal splendor and will sit on his throne and rule. There will be a priest on his throne, and there will be peaceful counsel between the two of them.

“ I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain.”

In visions of God he took me to the land of Israel and set me down on a very high mountain. On its southern slope was a structure resembling a city.

And I questioned him further,“ What are the two streams of the olive trees, from which the golden oil is pouring through the two golden conduits?”Then he inquired of me,“ Don’t you know what these are?”“ No, my lord,” I replied.“ These are the two anointed ones,” he said,“ who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Then a shoot will grow from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit.The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him— a Spirit of wisdom and understanding, a Spirit of counsel and strength, a Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.His delight will be in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, he will not execute justice by what he hears with his ears,but he will judge the poor righteously and execute justice for the oppressed of the land. He will strike the land with a scepter from his mouth, and he will kill the wicked with a command from his lips.Righteousness will be a belt around his hips; faithfulness will be a belt around his waist.

Then the iron, the fired clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were shattered and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors. The wind carried them away, and not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.

the root your right hand planted, the son that you made strong for yourself.

In the last days the mountain of the LORD’s house will be established at the top of the mountains and will be raised above the hills. Peoples will stream to it,

I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel, and one king will rule over all of them. They will no longer be two nations and will no longer be divided into two kingdoms.

“ Look, the days are coming”— this is the LORD’s declaration—“ when I will raise up a Righteous Branch for David. He will reign wisely as king and administer justice and righteousness in the land.In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely. This is the name he will be called: The LORD Is Our Righteousness.

“ In the days of those kings, the God of the heavens will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, and this kingdom will not be left to another people. It will crush all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, but will itself endure forever.You saw a stone break off from the mountain without a hand touching it, and it crushed the iron, bronze, fired clay, silver, and gold. The great God has told the king what will happen in the future. The dream is certain, and its interpretation reliable.”

On that day the Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of Israel’s survivors.

He grew up before him like a young plant and like a root out of dry ground. He didn’t have an impressive form or majesty that we should look at him, no appearance that we should desire him.

In the last days the mountain of the LORD’s house will be established at the top of the mountains and will be raised above the hills. All nations will stream to it,and many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let’s go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us about his ways so that we may walk in his paths.” For instruction will go out of Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

“ Listen, High Priest Joshua, you and your colleagues sitting before you; indeed, these men are a sign that I am about to bring my servant, the Branch.

In those days and at that time I will cause a Righteous Branch to sprout up for David, and he will administer justice and righteousness in the land.In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell securely, and this is what she will be named: The LORD Is Our Righteousness.

I will establish for them a place renowned for its agriculture, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land. They will no longer endure the insults of the nations.
