“‘ For the Lord Yahweh says:“ I will also deal with you as you have done, who have despised the oath in breaking the covenant.

“‘主耶和华说，你背誓毁约，我必照你的所作所为报应你。

主耶和华这样说：你这藐视誓言、背弃盟约的，我必照着你所行的报应你。

「主耶和華如此說：你這輕看誓言、背棄盟約的，我必照你所行的待你。

主耶和華這樣說：你這藐視誓言、背棄盟約的，我必照著你所行的報應你。

主永恆主這麼說：你這藐視所起的誓、違犯了盟約的、我必照你所行的辦你；

主耶和華曰、爾藐誓爽約、我必依爾所行以報爾、

主耶和華又曰、爾爽盟約、予必因爾所行以報之。

主天主如是云、爾輕視誓言、背棄盟約、我必循爾所行以待爾、

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will deal with you as you deserve, because you have despised my oath by breaking the covenant.

The Lord and King says,“ I will punish you in keeping with what you have done. I sealed with a promise the covenant I made with you. You hated that promise. And you broke my covenant.

“ For thus says the Lord God: I will deal with you as you have done, you who have despised the oath in breaking the covenant,

“ Now this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will give you what you deserve, for you have taken your solemn vows lightly by breaking your covenant.

“‘ For this is what the Lord GOD says: I will deal with you according to what you have done, since you have despised the oath by breaking the covenant.

For this is what the Lord God says:“ I will also do with you as you have done, you who have despised the oath by breaking the covenant.

For thus says the Lord GOD:“ I will deal with you as you have done, who despised the oath by breaking the covenant.

For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will also deal with thee as thou hast done, who hast despised the oath in breaking the covenant.

“ For this is what the Lord God says: I will deal with you according to what you have done, since you have despised the oath by breaking the covenant.

For thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even deal with thee as thou hast done, which hast despised the oath in breaking the covenant.

“‘ For this is what the sovereign LORD says: I will deal with you according to what you have done when you despised your oath by breaking your covenant.

The earth also is polluted under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the laws, violated the statutes, and broken the everlasting covenant.

“ Therefore the Lord Yahweh says:‘ As I live, I will surely bring on his own head my oath that he has despised and my covenant that he has broken.

He said to Moses,“ Come up to Yahweh, you, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel; and worship from a distance.Moses alone shall come near to Yahweh, but they shall not come near. The people shall not go up with him.”Moses came and told the people all Yahweh’s words, and all the ordinances; and all the people answered with one voice, and said,“ All the words which Yahweh has spoken will we do.”Moses wrote all Yahweh’s words, then rose up early in the morning and built an altar at the base of the mountain, with twelve pillars for the twelve tribes of Israel.He sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of cattle to Yahweh.Moses took half of the blood and put it in basins, and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.He took the book of the covenant and read it in the hearing of the people, and they said,“ We will do all that Yahweh has said, and be obedient.”Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said,“ Look, this is the blood of the covenant, which Yahweh has made with you concerning all these words.”

He took some of the royal offspring, and made a covenant with him. He also brought him under an oath, and took away the mighty of the land;that the kingdom might be brought low, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping his covenant it might stand.But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and many people. Will he prosper? Will he who does such things escape? Will he break the covenant, and still escape?“‘ As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh,‘ surely in the place where the king dwells who made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he broke, even with him in the middle of Babylon he will die.

but to those who are self- seeking, and don’t obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath, indignation,oppression, and anguish on every soul of man who does evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them; for the deeds of his hands will be paid back to him.

My eye will not spare you, neither will I have pity; but I will bring your ways on you, and your abominations will be among you. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.’

Then they will answer,‘ Because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh their God, worshiped other gods, and served them.’”

Now I will shortly pour out my wrath on you, and accomplish my anger against you, and will judge you according to your ways. I will bring on you all your abominations.My eye won’t spare, neither will I have pity. I will punish you according to your ways. Your abominations will be among you. Then you will know that I, Yahweh, strike.

“ Your own wickedness will correct you, and your backsliding will rebuke you. Know therefore and see that it is an evil and bitter thing, that you have forsaken Yahweh your God, and that my fear is not in you,” says the Lord, Yahweh of Armies.

“ Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged.For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.

Therefore speak to them, and tell them,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Every man of the house of Israel who takes his idols into his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to the prophet; I Yahweh will answer him therein according to the multitude of his idols;

not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which covenant of mine they broke, although I was a husband to them,” says Yahweh.

The king stood in his place, and made a covenant before Yahweh, to walk after Yahweh, and to keep his commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, with all his heart, and with all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant that were written in this book.He caused all who were found in Jerusalem and Benjamin to stand. The inhabitants of Jerusalem did according to the covenant of God, the God of their fathers.

All of you stand today in the presence of Yahweh your God: your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel,your little ones, your wives, and the foreigners who are in the middle of your camps, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water,that you may enter into the covenant of Yahweh your God, and into his oath, which Yahweh your God makes with you today,that he may establish you today as his people, and that he may be your God, as he spoke to you and as he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.Neither do I make this covenant and this oath with you only,but with those who stand here with us today before Yahweh our God, and also with those who are not here with us today

Then men will say,“ Because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh, the God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt,
