那时你的恶行还没有显露出来，现在你却成了以东的女儿们和以东四围的众人，以及非利士的女儿们讥笑的对象。你周围的人都轻视你。

在你的惡行顯露以前，那受了凌辱的亞蘭女兒們和亞蘭四圍非利士的女兒們，都在四圍藐視你。

那時你的惡行還沒有顯露出來，現在你卻成了以東的女兒們和以東四圍的眾人，以及非利士的女兒們譏笑的對象。你周圍的人都輕視你。

那時你的壞行為還沒露現出來；如今你竟成了像她的，成了以東女兒們辱罵的對象、以及她四圍的眾人、那四圍輕蔑你的、非利士女兒們——辱罵的對象呢！

其時爾惡未彰、亞蘭諸女、及四周非利士諸女、猶未輕視爾、

其時爾惡尚未彰顯、亞蘭眾女、及四周之非利士眾女、尚未凌辱爾、藐視爾、

before your wickedness was uncovered. Even so, you are now scorned by the daughters of Edom and all her neighbors and the daughters of the Philistines— all those around you who despise you.

That was before your sin was uncovered. Now the daughters of Edom make fun of you. So do all her neighbors and the daughters of the Philistines. Everyone who lives around you hates you.

before your wickedness was uncovered? Now you have become an object of reproach for the daughters of Syria and all those around her, and for the daughters of the Philistines, those all around who despise you.

But now your greater wickedness has been exposed to all the world, and you are the one who is scorned— by Edom and all her neighbors and by Philistia.

before your wickedness was exposed? It was like the time you were scorned by the daughters of Aram and all those around her, and by the daughters of the Philistines— those who treated you with contempt from every side.

before your wickedness was uncovered, so now you have become the disgrace of the daughters of Edom and of all who are around her, of the daughters of the Philistines— those surrounding you who despise you.

before your wickedness was uncovered. It was like the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria and all those around her, and of the daughters of the Philistines, who despise you everywhere.

before thy wickedness was uncovered, as at the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria, and of all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, that do despite unto thee round about.

before your wickedness was exposed? It was like the time you were scorned by the daughters of Aram and all those around her, and by the daughters of the Philistines— those who treated you with contempt from every side.

Before thy wickedness was discovered, as at the time of[ thy] reproach of the daughters of Syria, and all[ that are] round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, which despise thee round about.

before your evil was exposed? Now you have become an object of scorn to the daughters of Aram and all those around her and to the daughters of the Philistines– those all around you who despise you.

那時，亞蘭王利汛和利瑪利的兒子以色列王比加上來攻打耶路撒冷，圍困亞哈斯，卻不能打勝。當時亞蘭王利汛收復以拉他回歸亞蘭，把猶大人從以拉他趕出去。以東人來到以拉他，住在那裏，直到今日。亞哈斯派使者到亞述王提革拉‧毗列色那裏，說：「我是你的僕人，你的兒子。現在亞蘭王和以色列王攻擊我，求你上來，救我脫離他們的手。」

主耶和華如此說：因你放縱情慾，露出下體，與你所愛的行淫，因你敬拜一切可憎的偶像，就像自己兒女的血獻給它們，所以，看哪，我要聚集所有與你交歡的情人，不論是你所愛的或你所恨的，聚集他們從四圍到你那裏來；我要在他們面前暴露你的下體，使他們看盡你的下體。

耶和華－他的上帝將他交在亞蘭王手裏。亞蘭王打敗他，從他擄走了許多人，帶到大馬士革去。上帝又將他交在以色列王手裏，以色列王向他大行殺戮。利瑪利的兒子比加一日之內在猶大殺了十二萬人，都是勇士，因為他們離棄了耶和華－他們列祖的上帝。

烏西雅的孫子，約坦的兒子，猶大王亞哈斯在位的時候，亞蘭王利汛和利瑪利的兒子以色列王比加上來攻打耶路撒冷，卻不能攻取。

非利士人也來侵佔謝非拉和猶大的尼革夫的城鎮，攻取了伯‧示麥、亞雅崙、基低羅、梭哥和所屬的鄉鎮、亭拿和所屬的鄉鎮、瑾鎖和所屬的鄉鎮，就住在那裏。因為以色列王亞哈斯在猶大放肆，大大干犯耶和華，所以耶和華使猶大卑微。亞述王提革拉‧毗列色來攻擊他，不幫助他，反倒欺負他。亞哈斯從耶和華殿裏和王宮中，以及眾領袖家中取財寶送給亞述王，也無濟於事。這亞哈斯王在急難的時候，越發得罪耶和華。他向那攻擊他的大馬士革的神明獻祭，說：「因為亞蘭王的神明幫助他們，我也要向這些神明獻祭，好讓它們幫助我。」但那些神明卻使他和全以色列敗亡。

所以，時候未到，在主來以前甚麼都不要評斷，他要照出暗中的隱情，揭發人的動機。那時，各人要從上帝那裏得着稱讚。

於是，主耶和華如此說：「因你們的過犯顯露，你們的罪孽被記得，以致你們的罪惡在你們一切的行為上都彰顯出來；你們既被記得，就被擄在掌中。

錫安哪，你罪孽的懲罰已經結束，耶和華必不再使你被擄去。以東啊，耶和華必懲罰你的罪孽，揭露你的罪惡。

如今我必在她所愛的人眼前顯露她的羞恥，無人能救她脫離我的手。

「你沒有留意這百姓所說的話嗎？他們說：『耶和華所揀選的二族，他已經棄絕了。』他們這樣藐視我的百姓，不把他們當作國來看待。

亞哈斯王崩的那年，有默示如下：

我正要醫治以色列的時候，以法蓮的罪孽和撒瑪利亞的邪惡就顯露出來。他們行事虛謊，內有賊人入侵，外有羣盜劫掠。

巴蘭唱起詩歌說：「巴勒領我出亞蘭，摩押王領我出東方的山脈：『來啊，為我詛咒雅各；來啊，怒罵以色列。』

這樣，她既暴露淫行，暴露下體；我的心就與她生疏，像先前與她的姊姊生疏一樣。她仍繼續增添淫行，追念她年輕時在埃及地行淫的日子，

閃的兒子是以攔、亞述、亞法撒、路德、亞蘭。亞蘭的兒子是烏斯、戶勒、基帖、瑪施。

你做了這些事，我閉口不言，你想我正如你一樣；其實我要責備你，將這些事擺在你眼前。
