那时你的恶行还没有显露出来，现在你却成了以东的女儿们和以东四围的众人，以及非利士的女儿们讥笑的对象。你周围的人都轻视你。

在你的惡行顯露以前，那受了凌辱的亞蘭女兒們和亞蘭四圍非利士的女兒們，都在四圍藐視你。

那時你的惡行還沒有顯露出來，現在你卻成了以東的女兒們和以東四圍的眾人，以及非利士的女兒們譏笑的對象。你周圍的人都輕視你。

那時你的壞行為還沒露現出來；如今你竟成了像她的，成了以東女兒們辱罵的對象、以及她四圍的眾人、那四圍輕蔑你的、非利士女兒們——辱罵的對象呢！

其時爾惡未彰、亞蘭諸女、及四周非利士諸女、猶未輕視爾、

其時爾惡尚未彰顯、亞蘭眾女、及四周之非利士眾女、尚未凌辱爾、藐視爾、

before your wickedness was uncovered. Even so, you are now scorned by the daughters of Edom and all her neighbors and the daughters of the Philistines— all those around you who despise you.

That was before your sin was uncovered. Now the daughters of Edom make fun of you. So do all her neighbors and the daughters of the Philistines. Everyone who lives around you hates you.

before your wickedness was uncovered? Now you have become an object of reproach for the daughters of Syria and all those around her, and for the daughters of the Philistines, those all around who despise you.

But now your greater wickedness has been exposed to all the world, and you are the one who is scorned— by Edom and all her neighbors and by Philistia.

before your wickedness was exposed? It was like the time you were scorned by the daughters of Aram and all those around her, and by the daughters of the Philistines— those who treated you with contempt from every side.

before your wickedness was uncovered, so now you have become the disgrace of the daughters of Edom and of all who are around her, of the daughters of the Philistines— those surrounding you who despise you.

before your wickedness was uncovered. It was like the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria and all those around her, and of the daughters of the Philistines, who despise you everywhere.

亞蘭王利汛和利瑪利的兒子以色列王比加前來攻打耶路撒冷，圍住亞哈斯，但屢攻不下。當時，亞蘭王利汛收復以拉他，趕走城內的猶大人。亞蘭人至今居住在那裡。亞哈斯差遣使者去見亞述王提革拉·毗列色，對他說：「我是你的僕人、你的兒子，現在亞蘭王和以色列王攻打我，求你從他們手中拯救我。」

主耶和華說，你放縱情慾，赤身露體地與眾情人苟合。你祭拜一切可憎的偶像，把自己兒女的血獻給它們。因此，我要把你所愛和所恨的情人都聚集起來，從四方攻擊你，讓你赤裸裸地顯露在他們面前，讓他們看到你赤身露體。

因此，他的上帝耶和華把他交在亞蘭王手中，亞蘭王就打敗他，把他的許多人民擄到大馬士革。他也被交在以色列王手中，損失慘重。利瑪利的兒子比加一天之內殺了猶大十二萬勇士，因為他們背棄了他們祖先的上帝耶和華。

烏西雅的孫子、約坦的兒子亞哈斯做猶大王時，亞蘭王利迅和利瑪利的兒子以色列王比加來攻打耶路撒冷，卻無法攻破。

非利士人也入侵丘陵和猶大南方的城鎮，攻佔了伯·示麥、亞雅崙、基低羅，以及梭哥、亭拿、瑾鎖和三城周圍的村莊，並住在那裡。耶和華使猶大衰微，因為以色列王亞哈斯在猶大肆無忌憚，悖逆耶和華。亞述王提革拉·毗列色來到猶大後，不但不救他，反而壓迫他。亞哈斯從耶和華的殿裡、王宮和官員家中取財寶送給亞述王，但無濟於事。亞哈斯在患難時越發悖逆耶和華，竟去祭拜打敗他的大馬士革人的神明，說：「既然亞蘭王的神明幫助了亞蘭人，我要向這些神明獻祭，以便它們幫助我。」但那些神明導致了他和全體以色列人的滅亡。

所以，時候未到，不可妄下斷語。到主耶穌再來的時候，祂會揭開暗中的隱情，使人心裡的動機顯露。到時候上帝會給各人應得的稱讚。

「主耶和華說，『因為你們的過犯昭然若揭，你們的罪惡表露無遺，因此，你們必遭擄掠。

錫安城啊！你已經受到了應得的刑罰，耶和華必不再使你流亡。以東啊，耶和華要懲罰你，揭露你的罪惡！

我要當著她情人的面剝光她的衣服，顯出她的淫態，無人能從我手中把她救出去。

「你聽見了嗎？人們說，『耶和華已經棄絕了祂所揀選的以色列和猶大兩個國家。』他們藐視我的子民，視他們為亡國之民。

亞哈斯王駕崩那年，我得到以下預言：

每當我要醫治以色列的時候，卻看見以法蓮的罪，撒瑪利亞的惡。他們行事詭詐；盜賊進屋偷竊，強盜外出搶劫。

巴蘭以詩歌預言說：「巴勒引我出亞蘭，摩押王請我出東山，說，『來為我咒詛雅各，斥責以色列！』

她繼續公開地淫亂，在眾人面前赤身露體，我厭棄她，像厭棄她姐姐一樣。她卻更加淫亂，懷念自己年輕時在埃及為娼的日子，

閃的兒子是以攔、亞述、亞法撒、路德、亞蘭。亞蘭的兒子是烏斯、戶勒、基帖、瑪施。

我對你的所作所為默然不語，你就以為我與你是同道。現在我要責備你，當面指出你的罪狀。
