你美貌的名聲傳到列國，因我加給你榮華，使你完美。這是主耶和華說的。「只是你仗着自己美貌，又憑着你的名聲行淫。你向路人縱情淫亂，你的美貌就屬於他的了。

我們那神聖華美的殿，就是我們祖先讚美你的地方，已被火焚燒；我們所羨慕的美地盡都荒蕪。

我必使你生養極其繁多；國度要從你而立，君王要從你而出。

你把我賜給你的食物，就是我賜給你享用的細麵、油和蜂蜜，都擺在它們面前作為馨香的供物。事情就是這樣。這是主耶和華說的。

那地有小麥、大麥、葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹，那地也有橄欖油和蜂蜜。

他們這樣回答我們說：『我們是天和地之上帝的僕人，重建多年前所建造的殿，就是以色列一位偉大的君王建造完成的。

你們見亞捫人的王拿轄來攻擊你們，就對我說：『不，要有一個王治理我們。』其實耶和華－你們的上帝是你們的王。

他使你境內平安，用上好的麥子使你滿足。

也曾有強大的君王治理耶路撒冷，統管河西全地，人就給他們進貢、納糧、繳稅。

大衛作全以色列的王，又向眾百姓秉公行義。
