“ Or if I send a pestilence into that land and pour out my wrath upon it with blood, to cut off from it man and beast,

或者我叫瘟疫流行那地，把我的憤怒帶着血傾在其中，好使人與牲畜從其中剪除；

倘若我叫瘟疫在那裡肆虐，發烈怒毀滅那裡的人和牲畜，

如果我使瘟疫流行那地，藉著流血的事把我的烈怒傾倒在那地上，使人和牲畜都從那地剪除；

或者我打發瘟疫去流行那地，使我那叫人流血的烈怒傾倒在那上頭，好將人和牲口都從那裏剪除掉；

我若使疫癘流行斯土、洩忿而流其血、絕其人畜、

如我使瘟疫、流布其國、震怒特甚、加以殺戮、人與畜無噍類焉、

如我降疫癘於其國、發洩我之盛忿、盡行誅殺、盡行誅殺或作使其中有殺人流血之事致人與畜絕於其中、

“ Or if I send a plague into that land and pour out my wrath on it through bloodshed, killing its people and their animals,

“ Or suppose I send a plague into that land. And I pour out my great anger on it by spilling blood. I kill its people and their animals.

“ Or suppose I were to pour out my fury by sending an epidemic into the land, and the disease killed people and animals alike.

“ Or suppose I send a plague into that land and pour out my wrath on it with bloodshed to wipe out both people and animals from it.

Or if I were to send a plague against that country and pour out My wrath on it in blood to eliminate man and animal from it,

“ Or if I send a pestilence into that land and pour out My fury on it in blood, and cut off from it man and beast,

Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my wrath upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast;

“ Or if I send a plague into that land and pour out My wrath on it with bloodshed to wipe out both man and animal from it,

Or[ if] I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:

“ Or suppose I were to send a plague into that land, and pour out my rage on it with bloodshed, killing both people and animals.

“ Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my wrath on it in blood, to cut off from it man and animal;

With pestilence and bloodshed I will enter into judgment with him, and I will rain upon him and his hordes and the many peoples who are with him torrential rains and hailstones, fire and sulfur.

Though they fast, I will not hear their cry, and though they offer burnt offering and grain offering, I will not accept them. But I will consume them by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence.”

A third part of you shall die of pestilence and be consumed with famine in your midst; a third part shall fall by the sword all around you; and a third part I will scatter to all the winds and will unsheathe the sword after them.

So the Lord sent a pestilence on Israel from the morning until the appointed time. And there died of the people from Dan to Beersheba 70,000 men.

Now I will soon pour out my wrath upon you, and spend my anger against you, and judge you according to your ways, and I will punish you for all your abominations.

For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.

“ I sent among you a pestilence after the manner of Egypt; I killed your young men with the sword, and carried away your horses, and I made the stench of your camp go up into your nostrils; yet you did not return to me,” declares the Lord.

So Gad came to David and told him, and said to him,“ Shall three years of famine come to you in your land? Or will you flee three months before your foes while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days’ pestilence in your land? Now consider, and decide what answer I shall return to him who sent me.”

I will strike them with the pestilence and disinherit them, and I will make of you a nation greater and mightier than they.”

“ If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence or blight or mildew or locust or caterpillar, if their enemy besieges them in the land at their gates, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is,

And I will strike down the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast. They shall die of a great pestilence.

“ If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence or blight or mildew or locust or caterpillar, if their enemies besiege them in the land at their gates, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is,

And I will send sword, famine, and pestilence upon them, until they shall be utterly destroyed from the land that I gave to them and their fathers.”

The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became like the blood of a corpse, and every living thing died that was in the sea.The third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood.And I heard the angel in charge of the waters say,“ Just are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, for you brought these judgments.For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink. It is what they deserve!”

So I poured out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed in the land, for the idols with which they had defiled it.

‘ If disaster comes upon us, the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we will stand before this house and before you— for your name is in this house— and cry out to you in our affliction, and you will hear and save.’

And Moses said to Aaron,“ Take your censer, and put fire on it from off the altar and lay incense on it and carry it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them, for wrath has gone out from the Lord; the plague has begun.”So Aaron took it as Moses said and ran into the midst of the assembly. And behold, the plague had already begun among the people. And he put on the incense and made atonement for the people.And he stood between the dead and the living, and the plague was stopped.Now those who died in the plague were 14,700, besides those who died in the affair of Korah.And Aaron returned to Moses at the entrance of the tent of meeting, when the plague was stopped.

When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people,

nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.

He who stays in this city shall die by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence, but he who goes out and surrenders to the Chaldeans who are besieging you shall live and shall have his life as a prize of war.

And the angel of the Lord went out and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians. And when people arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

The Lord will make the pestilence stick to you until he has consumed you off the land that you are entering to take possession of it.The Lord will strike you with wasting disease and with fever, inflammation and fiery heat, and with drought and with blight and with mildew. They shall pursue you until you perish.

then the Lord will bring on you and your offspring extraordinary afflictions, afflictions severe and lasting, and sicknesses grievous and lasting.And he will bring upon you again all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you.Every sickness also and every affliction that is not recorded in the book of this law, the Lord will bring upon you, until you are destroyed.
