They will bear their guilt— the prophet will be as guilty as the one who consults him.

The prophet will be as much to blame as the one who asks him for advice. Both of them will be guilty.

And they shall bear their punishment— the punishment of the prophet and the punishment of the inquirer shall be alike—

False prophets and those who seek their guidance will all be punished for their sins.

They will bear their punishment— the punishment of the one who inquires will be the same as that of the prophet—

And they will bear the punishment for their wrongdoing; as the wrongdoing of the inquirer is, so the wrongdoing of the prophet will be,

And they shall bear their iniquity; the punishment of the prophet shall be the same as the punishment of the one who inquired,

And they shall bear their iniquity: the iniquity of the prophet shall be even as the iniquity of him that seeketh unto him;

And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh[ unto him];

They will bear their punishment; the punishment of the one who sought an oracle will be the same as the punishment of the prophet who gave it

蓋王子既握手立約、乃藐誓爽約、必不能免難、主耶和華曰、我指己生而誓、彼藐我誓、爽我約、我必以此罪歸於其首、必張我網於其上、陷之於我擭、曳至巴比倫、在彼鞫其逆我之罪、

彼醫我民女之傷、畧而為之、曰、平康平康、實無平康、彼行可惡之事、豈知恥乎、非也、毫不知恥、亦不赧顏、故必仆於仆者之中、我譴責之際、彼必顚躓、耶和華言之矣、

我又見獸及世上諸王、並其軍咸集、欲與乘馬者及其軍戰、獸被執、偽先知亦然、即昔行異蹟於獸前、以惑受獸印誌而拜其像者、二者生投於火湖、以硫焚之、餘皆見殺於乘馬者口出之劍、眾鳥皆飽其肉焉、

緣我獲罪於耶和華、必當其怒、迨其為我伸冤、為我行鞫、彼必導我入於光明、我必得見其義、

以色列家人、及旅以色列中之外人、凡離我而納其偶像於心、置陷罪之窒礙於前、而詣先知、諮諏於我者、我耶和華必自應之、我必怒顏向之、使其令人駭異、為鑑戒、作話柄、絕之於我民中、爾則知我乃耶和華、

如爾中有先知、或作夢者起、施行異蹟奇事、所言有驗、遂語爾曰、宜從他神而事之、乃爾素所未識者、毋聽其言、蓋爾上帝耶和華試爾、欲知爾果一心一意、愛爾上帝耶和華否、當順從爾上帝耶和華、而寅畏之、守其誡、聽其命、事之附之、爾上帝耶和華導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、惟彼先知、與作夢者、以言逆之、誘爾違爾上帝耶和華所命行之道、則必殺之、以除爾中之惡、○如爾同母兄弟、或爾子女、或懷中之妻、或如命之友、私誘爾曰、我其往事他神、爾與爾祖所未識者、即爾四周諸族之神、或近或遠、自地極至天涯、爾毋從之、毋聽之、毋惜之、毋恤之、毋匿之、必殺勿赦、爾先加手擊之、眾後擊之、爾上帝耶和華導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、彼欲誘爾離之、故當以石擊之致死、

蓋必各任己任也、○

夫則無愆、婦有罪則負之、

故耶和華論託其名而預言之先知曰、我未遣之、彼曰、鋒刃饑饉、必不及於斯土、惟彼先知、必為鋒刃饑饉所滅、

該隱謂耶和華曰、我刑之重、實所不堪、

人必報爾之邪淫、爾必負拜偶之罪、俾知我乃主耶和華、

彼醫我民之傷、畧而為之、曰、平康平康、實無平康、彼行可惡之事、豈知恥乎、非也、毫不知恥、亦不赧顏、故必仆於仆者之中、我譴責之際、彼必顚躓、耶和華言之矣、○

爾當告之曰、主耶和華云、以色列家中、凡納其偶像於心、置陷罪之窒礙於前、而詣先知者、我耶和華必循其偶像之眾多而應之、

在爾上帝耶和華所賜之邑、爾中如有男女、作惡於爾上帝耶和華前、違背其約、往事他神、而崇拜之、或日月、或天象、非我所命者、或以告爾、爾既聞之、則必詳察、如得其情、果於以色列中、有此可惡之事、必攜行惡之男女、至於邑門、以石擊之致死、當殺之人、必有二三人為證、則可殺、證人惟一、則不可、證者先加手擊之、眾後擊之、以除爾中之惡、○
