我要這樣拆毀你們那粉飾的牆，把它夷為平地，以致根基露出；牆一倒塌，你們也要在其中滅亡。你們就知道我是耶和華。

我必這樣拆毁這牆、就是你們用灰水所塗抹過的，使它坍到平地，以致根基都露現出來；牆一倒壞，你們也必在那中間滅盡；你們就知道我乃是永恆主。

如是、爾以不堅之泥所塗之垣、我必毀之、傾之於地、露其基址、傾時、爾亦亡於其中、則知我乃耶和華、

爾所塗之墉、我必毀之、使盡傾圮。址基畢露、爾曹偕沒、使知我乃耶和華。

爾所塗之墻、我必毀之、使傾於地、基址顯露、墻既傾圮、爾曹必亡其中、爾則知我乃主、

I will tear down the wall you have covered with whitewash and will level it to the ground so that its foundation will be laid bare. When it falls, you will be destroyed in it; and you will know that I am the Lord.

I will tear down the wall you prophets painted over. I will knock it down. The only thing left will be its foundation. When it falls, you will be destroyed along with it. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

And I will break down the wall that you have smeared with whitewash, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation will be laid bare. When it falls, you shall perish in the midst of it, and you shall know that I am the Lord.

I will break down your wall right to its foundation, and when it falls, it will crush you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

I will demolish the wall you plastered with whitewash and knock it to the ground so that its foundation is exposed. The city will fall, and you will be destroyed within it. Then you will know that I am the LORD.

So I will tear down the wall which you plastered over with whitewash and hurl it down to the ground, so that its foundation is exposed; and when it falls, you will perish in its midst. And you will know that I am the Lord.

So I will break down the wall you have plastered with untempered mortar, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation will be uncovered; it will fall, and you shall be consumed in the midst of it. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.

So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered mortar, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be uncovered; and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.

I will tear down the wall you plastered with whitewash and knock it to the ground so that its foundation is exposed. The city will fall, and you will be destroyed within it. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.

So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered[ morter], and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I[ am] the LORD.

I will break down the wall you coated with whitewash and knock it to the ground so that its foundation is exposed. When it falls you will be destroyed beneath it, and you will know that I am the LORD.

So I will break down the wall that you have plastered with whitewash, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation will be uncovered. It will fall, and you will be consumed in the middle of it. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.

因此，我必使撒瑪利亞變為田野的廢墟，用以栽植葡萄；我必把它的石頭倒在山谷，掀開它的地基。

他們行可憎之事，應當羞愧；然而他們卻一點也不覺得羞愧，也不知羞恥。因此，他們必與仆倒的人一同仆倒，我懲罰他們的時候，他們必跌倒。」這是耶和華說的。

所以耶和華如此說：『論到託我名說預言的那些先知，我並未差遣他們；他們說這地不會有刀劍、饑荒，其實那些先知自己必被刀劍、饑荒滅絕。

你出來拯救你的百姓，拯救你的受膏者；你打破惡人之家的頭，暴露其根基，直到頸項。（細拉）

我的手必攻擊那見虛假異象、用謊詐占卜的先知，他們必不列在我百姓的會中，不錄在以色列家的名冊上，也不能進入以色列地；你們就知道我是主耶和華。

因為，那已經立好的根基就是耶穌基督，此外沒有人能立別的根基。若有人用金銀、寶石，草木、禾稭，在這根基上建造，各人的工程必將顯露，因為那日子要將它顯明，有火把它暴露出來，這火要試煉各人的工程怎樣。人在那根基上所建造的工程若能保得住，他將要得賞賜。人的工程若被燒了，他將損失，雖然他自己將得救，卻要像從火裏經過一樣。

我也必撕裂你們的頭巾，救我百姓脫離你們的手，使他們不再被獵取，落在你們手中；你們就知道我是耶和華。

但聽了不去做的，就像一個人在土地上蓋房子，沒有根基，水一沖，立刻倒塌了，並且那房子損壞得很厲害。」

凡聽了我這些話而不去做的，好比一個無知的人把房子蓋在沙土上。風吹，雨打，水沖，撞擊那房子，房子就倒塌了，並且倒塌得很厲害。」

因此，萬軍之耶和華論到先知如此說：「看哪，我必使他們吃茵蔯，喝苦水；因為褻瀆的事出於耶路撒冷的先知，遍及各地。」

我要向那人變臉，使他成為警戒和笑柄，並且我要把他從我民中剪除；你們就知道我是耶和華。

根基若毀壞，義人還能做甚麼呢？」

所以，你們必不再看見虛假的異象，也不再行占卜的事；我要救我的百姓脫離你們的手；你們就知道我是耶和華。」
