The LORD spoke to the man clothed in linen and said,“ Go inside the wheelwork beneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with blazing coals from among the cherubim and scatter them over the city.” So he went in as I watched.

主对那身穿细麻布衣服的人说：“你进到基路伯以下的轮子之间那里去；从基路伯之间，用两手捧满火炭，然后把它们撒在城上。”他就在我眼前进去了。

主對那穿細麻衣的人說：「你進去，在旋轉的輪內基路伯以下，從基路伯中間將火炭取滿兩手，撒在城上。」我就見他進去。

耶和華對那身穿細麻衣的人說：「你進到基路伯下面旋轉的輪子中，從基路伯之間取出火炭裝滿兩手掌，撒在城上。」我親眼看見他進去。

The Lord said to the man clothed in linen,“ Go in among the wheels beneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with burning coals from among the cherubim and scatter them over the city.” And as I watched, he went in.

The Lord spoke to the man who was wearing linen clothes. He said,“ Go in among the wheels beneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with burning coals from the fire that is among the cherubim. Scatter the coals over the city.” As I watched, he went in.

And he said to the man clothed in linen,“ Go in among the whirling wheels underneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with burning coals from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” And he went in before my eyes.

Then the Lord spoke to the man in linen clothing and said,“ Go between the whirling wheels beneath the cherubim, and take a handful of burning coals and scatter them over the city.” He did this as I watched.

And He spoke to the man clothed in linen and said,“ Enter between the whirling wheels under the cherubim and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” And he entered in my sight.

Then He spoke to the man clothed with linen, and said,“ Go in among the wheels, under the cherub, fill your hands with coals of fire from among the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” And he went in as I watched.

And he spake unto the man clothed in linen, and said, Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both thy hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.

The Lord spoke to the man clothed in linen and said,“ Go inside the wheelwork beneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with hot coals from among the cherubim and scatter them over the city.” So he went in as I watched.

And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels,[ even] under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter[ them] over the city. And he went in in my sight.

The LORD said to the man dressed in linen,“ Go between the wheelwork underneath the cherubim. Fill your hands with burning coals from among the cherubim and scatter them over the city.” He went as I watched.

He spoke to the man clothed in linen, and said,“ Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” He went in as I watched.

The angel took the incense burner, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it to the earth; there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.

The likeness of the living creatures was like the appearance of blazing coals of fire or like torches. Fire was moving back and forth between the living creatures; it was bright, with lightning coming out of it.

and say to the forest there,‘ Hear the word of the LORD! This is what the Lord GOD says: I am about to ignite a fire in you, and it will devour every green tree and every dry tree in you. The blazing flame will not be extinguished, and every face from the south to the north will be scorched by it.Then all humanity will see that I, the LORD, have kindled it. It will not be extinguished.’”

And I saw six men coming from the direction of the Upper Gate, which faces north, each with a war club in his hand. There was another man among them, clothed in linen, carrying writing equipment. They came and stood beside the bronze altar.Then the glory of the God of Israel rose from above the cherub where it had been, to the threshold of the temple. He called to the man clothed in linen and carrying writing equipment.

“ But as for the bad figs, so bad they are inedible, this is what the LORD says: In this way I will deal with King Zedekiah of Judah, his officials, and the remnant of Jerusalem— those remaining in this land or living in the land of Egypt.I will make them an object of horror and a disaster to all the kingdoms of the earth, an example for disgrace, scorn, ridicule, and cursing, wherever I have banished them.I will send the sword, famine, and plague against them until they have perished from the land I gave to them and their ancestors.”

And the LORD will make the splendor of his voice heard and reveal his arm striking in angry wrath and a flame of consuming fire, in driving rain, a torrent, and hailstones.

Then one of the seraphim flew to me, and in his hand was a glowing coal that he had taken from the altar with tongs.He touched my mouth with it and said: Now that this has touched your lips, your iniquity is removed and your sin is atoned for.

When I looked at the living creatures, there was one wheel on the ground beside each of the four-faced creatures.The appearance of the wheels and their craftsmanship was like the gleam of beryl, and all four had the same likeness. Their appearance and craftsmanship was like a wheel within a wheel.When they moved, they went in any of the four directions, without turning as they moved.Their four rims were tall and awe-inspiring, completely covered with eyes.When the living creatures moved, the wheels moved beside them, and when the creatures rose from the earth, the wheels also rose.Wherever the Spirit wanted to go, the creatures went in the direction the Spirit was moving. The wheels rose alongside them, for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.

Then the LORD said to Moses and Aaron,“ Take handfuls of furnace soot, and Moses is to throw it toward heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.It will become fine dust over the entire land of Egypt. It will become festering boils on people and animals throughout the land of Egypt.”So they took furnace soot and stood before Pharaoh. Moses threw it toward heaven, and it became festering boils on people and animals.

When the cherubim moved, the wheels moved beside them, and when they lifted their wings to rise from the earth, even then the wheels did not veer away from them.

From the radiance of his presence, his clouds swept onward with hail and blazing coals.The LORD thundered from heaven; the Most High made his voice heard.

Then the cherub reached out his hand to the fire that was among them. He took some and put it into the hands of the man clothed in linen, who took it and went out.The cherubim appeared to have the form of human hands under their wings.I looked, and there were four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside each cherub. The luster of the wheels was like the gleam of beryl.In appearance, all four looked alike, like a wheel within a wheel.When they moved, they would go in any of the four directions, without pivoting as they moved. But wherever the head faced, they would go in that direction, without pivoting as they went.Their entire bodies, including their backs, hands, wings, and the wheels that the four of them had, were full of eyes all around.As I listened the wheels were called“ the wheelwork.”

Let hot coals fall on them. Let them be thrown into the fire, into the abyss, never again to rise.

He burned the LORD’s temple, the king’s palace, and all the houses of Jerusalem; he burned down all the great houses.

Then the man clothed in linen and carrying writing equipment reported back,“ I have done all that you commanded me.”

“‘ Therefore, this is what the Lord GOD says: Woe to the city of bloodshed! I myself will make the pile of kindling large.Pile on the logs and kindle the fire! Cook the meat well and mix in the spices! Let the bones be burned!Set the empty pot on its coals so that it becomes hot and its copper glows. Then its impurity will melt inside it; its corrosion will be consumed.It has frustrated every effort; its thick corrosion will not come off. Into the fire with its corrosion!Because of the depravity of your uncleanness— since I tried to purify you, but you would not be purified from your uncleanness— you will not be pure again until I have satisfied my wrath on you.I, the LORD, have spoken. It is coming, and I will do it! I will not refrain, I will not show pity, and I will not relent. I will judge you according to your ways and deeds. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.’”
