I looked, and I saw a windstorm coming out of the north— an immense cloud with flashing lightning and surrounded by brilliant light. The center of the fire looked like glowing metal,

I looked up and saw a windstorm coming from the north. I saw a huge cloud. The fire of lightning was flashing out of it. Bright light surrounded it. The center of the fire looked like glowing metal.

As I looked, behold, a stormy wind came out of the north, and a great cloud, with brightness around it, and fire flashing forth continually, and in the midst of the fire, as it were gleaming metal.

As I looked, I saw a great storm coming from the north, driving before it a huge cloud that flashed with lightning and shone with brilliant light. There was fire inside the cloud, and in the middle of the fire glowed something like gleaming amber.

I looked, and there was a whirlwind coming from the north, a huge cloud with fire flashing back and forth and brilliant light all around it. In the center of the fire, there was a gleam like amber.

As I looked, behold, a high wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing intermittently and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like gleaming metal in the midst of the fire.

Then I looked, and behold, a whirlwind was coming out of the north, a great cloud with raging fire engulfing itself; and brightness was all around it and radiating out of its midst like the color of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

And I looked, and, behold, a stormy wind came out of the north, a great cloud, with a fire infolding itself, and a brightness round about it, and out of the midst thereof as it were glowing metal, out of the midst of the fire.

I looked and there was a whirlwind coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing back and forth and brilliant light all around it. In the center of the fire, there was a gleam like amber.

And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness[ was] about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

As I watched, I noticed a windstorm coming from the north– an enormous cloud, with lightning flashing, such that bright light rimmed it and came from it like glowing amber from the middle of a fire.

I looked, and behold, a stormy wind came out of the north: a great cloud, with flashing lightning, and a brightness around it, and out of the middle of it as it were glowing metal, out of the middle of the fire.

關於海旁曠野的默示：有敵人從曠野，從可怕之地而來，好像南地的暴風猛烈掃過一般。

萬軍之耶和華這樣說：“看哪！必有災禍發出，從這國直到那國；必有大風暴從地極颳起。”

耶和華的話再次臨到我，說：“你看見甚麼？”我說：“我看見一個沸騰的鍋，鍋口從北面向南傾側。”耶和華對我說：“必有災禍從北方發出，臨到這地所有的居民。

吹號的和歌唱的都一致同聲地讚美稱謝耶和華。他們吹號、敲鈸，用各種樂器高聲讚美耶和華，說：“耶和華是良善的，他的慈愛永遠長存。”那時雲彩充滿了那殿，就是耶和華的殿。由於那雲彩的緣故，祭司都不能侍立供職，因為神的殿充滿了耶和華的榮光。那時所羅門說：“耶和華曾說他要住在幽暗之中。

要向錫安豎起旗號，趕快逃命，不可停留，因為我必使災禍與嚴重的毀滅，從北方而來。”

密雲和幽暗在他的四圍，公義和公正是他寶座的根基。有火走在他的前面，燒盡他四圍的敵人。

所羅門禱告完了，有火從天上降下來，燒盡了燔祭和其他的祭品；耶和華的榮光充滿了那殿。因為耶和華的榮光充滿了耶和華的殿，祭司都不能進入耶和華的殿。那火降下，耶和華的榮光停在殿上的時候，以色列眾人都看見；於是他們在鋪石地跪下，俯伏在地，敬拜稱頌耶和華說：“耶和華是良善的，他的慈愛永遠長存。”

主對那身穿細麻布衣服的人說：“你進到基路伯以下的輪子之間那裡去；從基路伯之間，用兩手捧滿火炭，然後把它們撒在城上。”他就在我眼前進去了。那人進去的時候，基路伯站在殿的右邊，雲彩充滿了內院。耶和華的榮耀從基路伯上面升到殿的門檻那裡；殿裡充滿了雲彩，院子也充滿了耶和華榮耀的光輝。

他以黑暗作他的隱密處，他以濃黑的水氣，就是天空的密雲，作他四周的帷帳。密雲、冰雹與火炭，從他面前的光輝經過。耶和華在天上打雷，至高者發出聲音，發出冰雹和火炭。

你在水上立起你樓閣的棟梁；你以雲彩為戰車；乘駕風的翅膀而行。你用風作你的使者，用火燄作你的僕役。

因為我們的神是烈火。

耶和華不輕易發怒，可是大有能力；他絕不以有罪的為無罪。耶和華乘著狂風暴雨而來，雲彩是他腳下的塵土。他一斥責海，海就乾了；他使一切江河枯乾。巴珊和迦密的樹林枯槁，黎巴嫩的花卉凋殘。大山在他面前震動，小山也都融化；大地在他面前廢去，世界和所有住在世上的，也都這樣。在他盛怒之下，誰能站得住呢？他的烈怒誰能受得了呢？他的忿怒像火一般噴出來，磐石在他面前都崩裂了。

關於埃及的默示：看哪！耶和華駕著輕快的雲，來到埃及；埃及的偶像在他面前戰兢，埃及人的心都驚怕。

耶和華的榮耀停在西奈山上，雲彩把山遮蓋了六天；第七天，耶和華從雲彩中呼喚摩西。耶和華榮耀的景象，在以色列人眼前，好像在山頂上出現烈火。

看哪！我要打發人去徵召北方的眾族，和我的僕人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，領他們來攻擊這地和這地的居民，以及周圍的列國；我要把他們徹底消滅，使他們成為令人驚駭，受人嗤笑的對象，和永遠荒廢的地方。”這是耶和華的宣告。

神由提幔而來，聖者從巴蘭山臨到。（細拉）他的榮光瀰漫穹蒼，讚美他的聲音響徹大地。他的輝煌如光，手中四射光芒，就在其中隱藏著能力。瘟疫在他面前行走，災病在他腳下發出。

那時，你們走前來，站在山下；山上有火燒著，火燄沖天，又有黑暗、密雲和幽暗。耶和華從火中對你們說話；你們只聽見聲音，卻沒有看見形象；只有聲音，

我們的神來臨，決不緘默無聲；在他面前有火燃燒，在他四周有暴風颳起。

他們的馬比豹更快，比晚上的豺狼更猛。他們的騎兵奔馳，自遠而來；他們如鷹飛翔，迅速吞噬。他們定著臉面向前，齊來行暴，擄獲戰俘多如塵沙。

到了第三天早晨的時候，山上有雷聲、閃電和密雲，並且角聲非常強大，以致所有在營中的人民都顫抖。摩西率領人民出營去迎接神，他們都站在山下。西奈全山冒煙，因為耶和華在火中降臨到山上；山的煙向上升，好像火窯的煙一樣。全山猛烈震動。

在那些基路伯的翅膀下面，可以看見人手的形狀。我觀看，見眾基路伯旁邊有四個輪子；每一個基路伯旁邊都有一個輪子；輪子的樣子好像閃耀的水蒼玉。

他的兩腳好像在爐中精煉過的發光的銅，他的聲音好像眾水的聲音。

“便雅憫人哪！趕快逃命，離開耶路撒冷。你們要在提哥亞吹角，在伯．哈基琳升烽火；因為災禍和嚴重的毀滅，已從北方迫近。
