For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, as I am fully known.

In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but I will have compassion on you with everlasting love,” says the LORD your Redeemer.“ For this is like the days of Noah to me: when I swore that the water of Noah would never flood the earth again, so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you or rebuke you.Though the mountains move and the hills shake, my love will not be removed from you and my covenant of peace will not be shaken,” says your compassionate LORD.

he said:“ Listen to what I say: If there is a prophet among you from the LORD, I make myself known to him in a vision; I speak with him in a dream.Not so with my servant Moses; he is faithful in all my household.I speak with him directly, openly, and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD. So why were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?”

and in the morning you will see the LORD’s glory because he has heard your complaints about him. For who are we that you complain about us?”

When the priests came out of the holy place, the cloud filled the LORD’s temple,and because of the cloud, the priests were not able to continue ministering, for the glory of the LORD filled the temple.

Then the man brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the temple. I looked, and the glory of the LORD filled his temple. And I fell facedown.

Only I, Daniel, saw the vision. The men who were with me did not see it, but a great terror fell on them, and they ran and hid.I was left alone, looking at this great vision. While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said,“ This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased. Listen to him!”When the disciples heard this, they fell facedown and were terrified.
