耶和華必用埃及人的瘡、潰瘍、癬和疥攻擊你，使你不得醫治。

第一位天使去，把碗傾倒在地上，就有又臭又毒的瘡生在那些有獸的印記和拜獸像的人身上。

於是撒但從耶和華面前退出去，擊打約伯，使他從腳掌到頭頂長毒瘡。

耶和華必攻擊你，使你膝上腿上，從腳掌到頭頂，都長滿了毒瘡，無法醫治。

「人身上的皮膚若長了瘡，卻已經好了，在長瘡之處又發腫變白，或是出現白中帶紅的斑點，就要給祭司檢查。祭司要檢查，看哪，若災病的現象已深入皮膚內，其上的毛也變白了，祭司就要宣佈他為不潔淨，有痲瘋的災病生在瘡中。
