The Lord set a time and said,“ Tomorrow the Lord will do this in the land.”

看哪，明天大约这个时候，我必降下极重的冰雹，在埃及自建国以来，直到现在，未曾有过这样的冰雹的。

万事都有定期，天下万务都有定时：生有时，死有时；栽种有时，拔出所种的也有时；杀戮有时，医治有时；拆毁有时，建造有时；哭有时，笑有时；哀恸有时，踊跃有时；抛掷石头有时，堆聚石头有时；拥抱有时，避免拥抱有时；寻找有时，舍弃有时；保存有时，抛弃有时；撕裂有时，缝补有时；静默有时，讲话有时；爱有时，恨有时；战争有时，和平有时。作工的人在自己的劳碌上得到什么益处呢？我看神给予世人的担子，是要他们为此烦恼。他使万事各按其时，成为美好；他又把永恒的意识放在人的心里；虽然这样，人还是不能察觉神自始至终的作为。

对可拉和他的同党说：“到了早晨，耶和华就要使人知道谁是属他的；谁是圣洁的，就叫谁亲近他；谁是他拣选的，就叫谁亲近他。

“大人，我们想起那个骗子，生前说过：‘三天之后，我要复活。’所以请你下令把坟墓严密看守，直到第三天，免得他的门徒来把他偷去，然后对民众说：‘他从死人中复活了。’这样，日后的骗局比起初的就更大了。”

我必把我的人民和你的人民分别出来（按照《马索拉文本》，“分别出来”作“设定救赎”﹔两者在原文非常相似，现参照《七十士译本》等古译本翻译），明天必有这神迹。’”

因此耶和华这样说：‘看哪！我必使你离开人世；你今年一定死，因为你说了悖逆耶和华的话。’”这样，在当年七月，哈拿尼雅先知就死了。

如果你拒绝让我的人民离开，看哪！明天我要使蝗虫进入你的境界；
