今我必降諸災於爾、以及臣民、使爾知宇內無如我者、

Woe to us! Who will rescue us from these magnificent gods? These are the gods that slaughtered the Egyptians with all kinds of plagues in the wilderness.

This is why you are great, Lord GOD. There is no one like you, and there is no God besides you, as all we have heard confirms.

See now that I alone am he; there is no God but me. I bring death and I give life; I wound and I heal. “ If you act with hostility toward me and are unwilling to obey me, I will multiply your plagues seven times for your sins.

every prayer or petition that any person or that all your people Israel may have— they each know their own affliction— as they spread out their hands toward this temple,

I will make this city desolate, an object of scorn. Everyone who passes by it will be appalled and scoff because of all its wounds.
