当那日，我必分别我百姓所住的歌珊地，使那里没有成群的苍蝇，好叫你知道我是天下的耶和华。

是時我將區別我民所居之歌珊、在彼必無羣蠅、使爾知我為耶和華於宇內、

我民居於坷山、是時我區別之、在彼必無群蠅、使我知我耶和華治理宇內、

是日、我必區別我民所居之歌珊地、在彼必無蠅蚋、使爾知我耶和華為主於世間、

“‘ But on that day I will deal differently with the land of Goshen, where my people live; no swarms of flies will be there, so that you will know that I, the Lord, am in this land.

“‘ “But on that day I will treat the area of Goshen differently from yours. That is where my people live. There will not be large numbers of flies in Goshen. Then you will know that I, the Lord, am in this land.

But on that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, where my people dwell, so that no swarms of flies shall be there, that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth.

But this time I will spare the region of Goshen, where my people live. No flies will be found there. Then you will know that I am the Lord and that I am present even in the heart of your land.

But on that day I will give special treatment to the land of Goshen, where my people are living; no flies will be there. This way you will know that I, the LORD, am in the land.

But on that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, where My people are living, so that no swarms of flies will be there, in order that you may know that I, the Lord, am in the midst of the land.

And in that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, in which My people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there, in order that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the land.

And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms[ of flies] shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I[ am] the LORD in the midst of the earth.

But on that day I will mark off the land of Goshen, where my people are staying, so that no swarms of flies will be there, that you may know that I am the LORD in the midst of this land.

I will set apart in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there, to the end you may know that I am Yahweh on the earth.

But the Lord will make a distinction between the livestock of Israel and that of Egypt, so that no animal belonging to the Israelites will die.’” (niv)

And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not. (niv)

No one could see anyone else or move about for three days. Yet all the Israelites had light in the places where they lived. (niv)

And the next day the Lord did it: All the livestock of the Egyptians died, but not one animal belonging to the Israelites died. (niv)

The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt. (niv)

The Lord will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying,“ Rule in the midst of your enemies!” (niv)

So I will inflict punishment on Egypt, and they will know that I am the Lord.’” (niv)

The only place it did not hail was the land of Goshen, where the Israelites were. (niv)

This is what the Lord says: By this you will know that I am the Lord: With the staff that is in my hand I will strike the water of the Nile, and it will be changed into blood. (niv)

There will be loud wailing throughout Egypt— worse than there has ever been or ever will be again.But among the Israelites not a dog will bark at any person or animal.’ Then you will know that the Lord makes a distinction between Egypt and Israel. (niv)

Moses replied,“ When I have gone out of the city, I will spread out my hands in prayer to the Lord. The thunder will stop and there will be no more hail, so you may know that the earth is the Lord’s. (niv)

But God is my King from long ago; he brings salvation on the earth. (niv)

“ Tomorrow,” Pharaoh said. Moses replied,“ It will be as you say, so that you may know there is no one like the Lord our God. (niv)
