He said,“ Pharaoh will say to you,‘ Do a miracle.’ When he does, speak to Aaron. Tell him,‘ Take your walking stick and throw it down in front of Pharaoh.’ It will turn into a snake.”

“法老若对你们说：‘你们行件奇事吧！’你就吩咐亚伦说：‘把杖丢在法老面前，使杖变作蛇。’”

“法老若吩咐你们说：‘你们行一件奇事吧！’你就对亚伦说：‘把杖丢在法老面前！杖会变成蛇。’”

“法老若吩咐你们说：‘你们行一件奇事吧！’你就对亚伦说：‘把杖丢在法老面前！杖会变成蛇。’”

“倘若法老要你们行神迹给他看，你就吩咐亚伦把手杖丢在法老面前，使杖变作蛇。”

“如果法老告诉你们说：‘你们行件奇事吧’，你就要对亚伦说：‘拿你的手杖来，把它丢在法老面前，它就会变作蛇。’”

「法老若對你們說：『你們行件奇事吧！』你就吩咐亞倫說：『把杖丟在法老面前，使杖變作蛇。』」

「法老若吩咐你們說：『你們行一件奇事吧！』你就對亞倫說：『把杖丟在法老面前！杖會變成蛇。』」

「法老若吩咐你們說：『你們行一件奇事吧！』你就對亞倫說：『把杖丟在法老面前！杖會變成蛇。』」

「倘若法老要你們行神蹟給他看，你就吩咐亞倫把手杖丟在法老面前，使杖變作蛇。」

“如果法老告訴你們說：‘你們行件奇事吧’，你就要對亞倫說：‘拿你的手杖來，把它丟在法老面前，它就會變作蛇。’”

『法老若對你們說：「施一件奇事來證明你們自己吧」，你就要對亞倫說：「拿你的手杖、丟在法老面前，使它變為蛇。」』

法老命爾行奇事以為徵、可令亞倫執杖、擲於其前、俾化為蛇、

若法老欲索奇事、可使亞倫執杖、擲之於法老前、必化為蛇。

若法老謂爾云、當行奇事、爾則命亞倫執杖擲於法老前、其杖必變為蛇、

“ When Pharaoh says to you,‘ Perform a miracle,’ then say to Aaron,‘ Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh,’ and it will become a snake.”

“ When Pharaoh says to you,‘ Prove yourselves by working a miracle,’ then you shall say to Aaron,‘ Take your staff and cast it down before Pharaoh, that it may become a serpent.’”

“ Pharaoh will demand,‘ Show me a miracle.’ When he does this, say to Aaron,‘ Take your staff and throw it down in front of Pharaoh, and it will become a serpent.’”

“ When Pharaoh tells you,‘ Perform a miracle,’ tell Aaron,‘ Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh. It will become a serpent.’”

“ When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying,‘ Work a miracle,’ then you shall say to Aaron,‘ Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh, so that it may turn into a serpent.’ ”

“ When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying,‘ Show a miracle for yourselves,’ then you shall say to Aaron,‘ Take your rod and cast it before Pharaoh, and let it become a serpent.’”

When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Show a wonder for you; then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it down before Pharaoh, that it become a serpent.

“ When Pharaoh tells you,‘ Perform a miracle,’ tell Aaron,‘ Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh. It will become a serpent.’”

When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast[ it] before Pharaoh,[ and] it shall become a serpent.

“ When Pharaoh says to you,‘ Do a miracle,’ and you say to Aaron,‘ Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh,’ it will become a snake.”

“ When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying,‘ Perform a miracle!’ then you shall tell Aaron,‘ Take your rod, and cast it down before Pharaoh, and it will become a serpent.’”

Then the Jewish leaders asked him,“ What sign can you show us to prove your authority to do this?”

“ I am the Lord your God. Ask me to give you a sign. It can be anything in the deepest grave or in the highest heaven.”

The Lord said to him,“ What do you have in your hand?”“ A walking stick,” he said.

So they asked him,“ What sign will you give us? What will you do so we can see it and believe you?

But take this walking stick in your hand. You will be able to do signs with it.”

He answered,“ Evil and unfaithful people ask for a sign! But none will be given except the sign of the prophet Jonah.

But what if I do them? Even if you don’t believe me, believe these works. Then you will know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.”

So Moses reached out his walking stick over Egypt. Then the Lord made an east wind blow across the land. It blew all that day and all that night. By morning the wind had brought the locusts.

Moses reached out his walking stick toward the sky. Then the Lord sent thunder and hail. Lightning flashed down to the ground. The Lord rained hail on the land of Egypt.

So Moses got his wife and sons. He put them on a donkey. Together they started back to Egypt. And he took the walking stick in his hand. It was the stick God would use in a powerful way.

God, you have been my king for a long time. You are the only God who can save anyone on earth.You parted the waters of the Red Sea by your power. You broke the heads of that sea monster in Egypt.

Tell him,‘ The Lord and King says,“‘ “Pharaoh Hophra, I am against you. King of Egypt, you are like a huge monster lying among your streams. You say,‘ The Nile River belongs to me. I made it for myself.’

So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh. They did exactly as the Lord had commanded them. Aaron threw the stick down in front of Pharaoh and his officials. It turned into a snake.Then Pharaoh sent for wise men and people who do evil magic. By doing their magic tricks, the Egyptian magicians did the same things Aaron had done.Each one threw down his walking stick. Each stick turned into a snake. But Aaron’s walking stick swallowed theirs up.
