he will not listen to you. Then I will lay my hand on Egypt and with mighty acts of judgment I will bring out my divisions, my people the Israelites.

In spite of that, he will not listen to you. So I will use my powerful hand against Egypt. When I judge them with mighty acts, I will bring my people Israel out like an army on the march.

Pharaoh will not listen to you. Then I will lay my hand on Egypt and bring my hosts, my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great acts of judgment.

The Lord had said to Moses,“ Pharaoh will refuse to listen to you— so that my wonders may be multiplied in Egypt.” (niv)

“ Therefore, say to the Israelites:‘ I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. (niv)

Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.” (niv)

And I heard the altar respond:“ Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.” (niv)

Whenever Israel went out to fight, the hand of the Lord was against them to defeat them, just as he had sworn to them. They were in great distress. (niv)

I will lay waste Upper Egypt, set fire to Zoan and inflict punishment on Thebes. (niv)

It was this Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said,“ Bring the Israelites out of Egypt by their divisions.” (niv)

“ For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: How much worse will it be when I send against Jerusalem my four dreadful judgments— sword and famine and wild beasts and plague— to kill its men and their animals! (niv)

the hand of the Lord will bring a terrible plague on your livestock in the field— on your horses, donkeys and camels and on your cattle, sheep and goats. (niv)

for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.” (niv)

Penalties are prepared for mockers, and beatings for the backs of fools. (niv)

and I will inflict punishment on Moab. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’” (niv)

My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. (niv)

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Go to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart and the hearts of his officials so that I may perform these signs of mine among them (niv)

So I will inflict punishment on Egypt, and they will know that I am the Lord.’” (niv)

indeed, he has turned his hand against me again and again, all day long. (niv)
