Moses and Aaron did so, as Yahweh commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and struck the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.

Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord had commanded. He raised his staff in the presence of Pharaoh and his officials and struck the water of the Nile, and all the water was changed into blood.

Moses and Aaron did exactly as the Lord had commanded them. Aaron held out his staff in front of Pharaoh and his officials. He struck the water of the Nile River. And all the water turned into blood.

Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded. In the sight of Pharaoh and in the sight of his servants he lifted up the staff and struck the water in the Nile, and all the water in the Nile turned into blood.

So Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord commanded them. As Pharaoh and all of his officials watched, Aaron raised his staff and struck the water of the Nile. Suddenly, the whole river turned to blood!

Moses said to Joshua,“ Choose men for us, and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with God’s rod in my hand.”So Joshua did as Moses had told him, and fought with Amalek; and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.When Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed. When he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.But Moses’ hands were heavy; so they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side. His hands were steady until sunset.

When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn’t know where it came from( but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast called the bridegroomand said to him,“ Everyone serves the good wine first, and when the guests have drunk freely, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now!”This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.

“ Take the rod, and assemble the congregation, you, and Aaron your brother, and speak to the rock before their eyes, that it pour out its water. You shall bring water to them out of the rock; so you shall give the congregation and their livestock drink.”Moses took the rod from before Yahweh, as he commanded him.Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock, and he said to them,“ Hear now, you rebels! Shall we bring water out of this rock for you?”Moses lifted up his hand, and struck the rock with his rod twice, and water came out abundantly. The congregation and their livestock drank.Yahweh said to Moses and Aaron,“ Because you didn’t believe in me, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.”

The second angel sounded, and something like a great burning mountain was thrown into the sea. One third of the sea became blood,

Yahweh says,“ In this you shall know that I am Yahweh. Behold: I will strike with the rod that is in my hand on the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.The fish that are in the river will die and the river will become foul. The Egyptians will loathe to drink water from the river.”’”

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Walk on before the people, and take the elders of Israel with you, and take the rod in your hand with which you struck the Nile, and go.Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb. You shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink.” Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
