Moses and Aaron did so, just as the LORD had commanded. Moses raised the staff and struck the water that was in the Nile right before the eyes of Pharaoh and his servants, and all the water that was in the Nile was turned to blood.

Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord had commanded. He raised his staff in the presence of Pharaoh and his officials and struck the water of the Nile, and all the water was changed into blood.

Moses and Aaron did exactly as the Lord had commanded them. Aaron held out his staff in front of Pharaoh and his officials. He struck the water of the Nile River. And all the water turned into blood.

Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded. In the sight of Pharaoh and in the sight of his servants he lifted up the staff and struck the water in the Nile, and all the water in the Nile turned into blood.

So Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord commanded them. As Pharaoh and all of his officials watched, Aaron raised his staff and struck the water of the Nile. Suddenly, the whole river turned to blood!

Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.”So Joshua fought against Amalek just as Moses had instructed him; and Moses and Aaron and Hur went up to the top of the hill.Whenever Moses would raise his hands, then Israel prevailed, but whenever he would rest his hands, then Amalek prevailed.When the hands of Moses became heavy, they took a stone and put it under him, and Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side and one on the other, and so his hands were steady until the sun went down.

When the head steward tasted the water that had been turned to wine, not knowing where it came from( though the servants who had drawn the water knew), he called the bridegroomand said to him,“ Everyone serves the good wine first, and then the cheaper wine when the guests are drunk. You have kept the good wine until now!”Jesus did this as the first of his miraculous signs, in Cana of Galilee. In this way he revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.

“ Take the staff and assemble the community, you and Aaron your brother, and then speak to the rock before their eyes. It will pour forth its water, and you will bring water out of the rock for them, and so you will give the community and their beasts water to drink.”So Moses took the staff from before the LORD, just as he commanded him.Then Moses and Aaron gathered the community together in front of the rock, and he said to them,“ Listen, you rebels, must we bring water out of this rock for you?”Then Moses raised his hand, and struck the rock twice with his staff. And water came out abundantly. So the community drank, and their beasts drank too.Then the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron,“ Because you did not trust me enough to show me as holy before the Israelites, therefore you will not bring this community into the land I have given them.”

Then the second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain of burning fire was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea became blood,

Thus says the LORD:“ By this you will know that I am the LORD: I am going to strike the water of the Nile with the staff that is in my hand, and it will be turned into blood.Fish in the Nile will die, the Nile will stink, and the Egyptians will be unable to drink water from the Nile.”’”

The LORD said to Moses,“ Go over before the people; take with you some of the elders of Israel and take in your hand your staff with which you struck the Nile and go.I will be standing before you there on the rock in Horeb, and you will strike the rock, and water will come out of it so that the people may drink.” And Moses did so in plain view of the elders of Israel.
