Go to Pharaoh in the morning. When you see him walking out to the water, stand ready to meet him by the bank of the Nile. Take in your hand the staff that turned into a snake.

Go to Pharaoh in the morning as he goes out to the river. Confront him on the bank of the Nile, and take in your hand the staff that was changed into a snake.

In the morning Pharaoh will go down to the Nile River. Go and meet him on the bank of the river. Take in your hand the walking stick that turned into a snake.

So Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh and did just as the LORD had commanded. Aaron threw down his staff before Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a serpent.

Pharaoh’s daughter went down to bathe at the Nile while her servant girls walked along the riverbank. She saw the basket among the reeds, sent her slave girl, took it,

Speak to him and say,‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: Look, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster lying in the middle of his Nile, who says,“ My Nile is my own; I made it for myself.”

The LORD asked him,“ What is that in your hand?”“ A staff,” he replied.“ Throw it on the ground,” he said. So Moses threw it on the ground, it became a snake, and he ran from it.The LORD told Moses,“ Stretch out your hand and grab it by the tail.” So he stretched out his hand and caught it, and it became a staff in his hand.
