In all the travels of the Israelites, whenever the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle, they would set out;

The Israelites continued their travels. Whenever the cloud lifted from above the holy tent, they started out.

Throughout all their journeys, whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the people of Israel would set out.

Now whenever the cloud lifted from the Tabernacle, the people of Israel would set out on their journey, following it.

The Israelites set out whenever the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle throughout all the stages of their journey.

Throughout their journeys, whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel would set out;

Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys.

And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward, throughout all their journeys:

The Israelites set out whenever the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle throughout all the stages of their journey.

And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:

But when the cloud was lifted up from the tabernacle, the Israelites would set out on all their journeys;

“ Because of your great compassion you did not abandon them in the wilderness. By day the pillar of cloud did not fail to guide them on their path, nor the pillar of fire by night to shine on the way they were to take.

Whenever the cloud lifted from above the tent, the Israelites set out; wherever the cloud settled, the Israelites encamped.

He spread out a cloud as a covering, and a fire to give light at night.

So they set out from the mountain of the Lord and traveled for three days. The ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them during those three days to find them a place to rest.The cloud of the Lord was over them by day when they set out from the camp.Whenever the ark set out, Moses said,“ Rise up, Lord! May your enemies be scattered; may your foes flee before you.”Whenever it came to rest, he said,“ Return, Lord, to the countless thousands of Israel.”

By day the Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night.Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people.

He guided them with the cloud by day and with light from the fire all night.

On the twentieth day of the second month of the second year, the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle of the covenant law.Then the Israelites set out from the Desert of Sinai and traveled from place to place until the cloud came to rest in the Desert of Paran.They set out, this first time, at the Lord’s command through Moses.

that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.

“ For the unclean person, put some ashes from the burned purification offering into a jar and pour fresh water over them.Then a man who is ceremonially clean is to take some hyssop, dip it in the water and sprinkle the tent and all the furnishings and the people who were there. He must also sprinkle anyone who has touched a human bone or a grave or anyone who has been killed or anyone who has died a natural death.The man who is clean is to sprinkle those who are unclean on the third and seventh days, and on the seventh day he is to purify them. Those who are being cleansed must wash their clothes and bathe with water, and that evening they will be clean.But if those who are unclean do not purify themselves, they must be cut off from the community, because they have defiled the sanctuary of the Lord. The water of cleansing has not been sprinkled on them, and they are unclean.This is a lasting ordinance for them.“ The man who sprinkles the water of cleansing must also wash his clothes, and anyone who touches the water of cleansing will be unclean till evening.Anything that an unclean person touches becomes unclean, and anyone who touches it becomes unclean till evening.”

For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea.
