The curtain on the right side will be 22 1/2 feet long, supported by three posts set into three bases.The curtain on the left side will also be 22 1/2 feet long, supported by three posts set into three bases.“ For the entrance to the courtyard, make a curtain that is 30 feet long. Make it from finely woven linen, and decorate it with beautiful embroidery in blue, purple, and scarlet thread. Support it with four posts, each securely set in its own base.

I brought glory to you here on earth by completing the work you gave me to do.

“ Zerubbabel is the one who laid the foundation of this Temple, and he will complete it. Then you will know that the Lord of Heaven’s Armies has sent me.

Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers.Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.

So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe.This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.

When these things were all in place, the priests regularly entered the first room as they performed their religious duties.But only the high priest ever entered the Most Holy Place, and only once a year. And he always offered blood for his own sins and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance.

The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ.

After completing the Temple structure, Solomon put in a ceiling made of cedar beams and planks.

Then Jesus explained:“ My nourishment comes from doing the will of God, who sent me, and from finishing his work.

Here are some of the parts God has appointed for the church: first are apostles, second are prophets, third are teachers, then those who do miracles, those who have the gift of healing, those who can help others, those who have the gift of leadership, those who speak in unknown languages.

For he was faithful to God, who appointed him, just as Moses served faithfully when he was entrusted with God’s entire house.But Jesus deserves far more glory than Moses, just as a person who builds a house deserves more praise than the house itself.For every house has a builder, but the one who built everything is God.Moses was certainly faithful in God’s house as a servant. His work was an illustration of the truths God would reveal later.

Put the Levites in charge of the Tabernacle of the Covenant, along with all its furnishings and equipment. They must carry the Tabernacle and all its furnishings as you travel, and they must take care of it and camp around it.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.
