「所羅巴伯的手奠定了這殿的根基，他的手也必完成這工。」這樣你就知道：萬軍之耶和華派遣了我到你們這裡。

他賜下一些人做使徒，一些人做先知傳道，一些人做傳福音者，一些人做牧人或教師，為了要裝備聖徒去做服事的工作，以建立基督的身體；直到我們大家達到在信仰上以及對神兒子真正認識上的合一，達到成熟人的地步，達到基督那豐盛完美的身量。

所以，我們既然有一位已經越過了諸天的、尊貴的大祭司——神的兒子耶穌，我們就要持守信仰告白；因為我們的大祭司不是不能同情我們的種種軟弱，而是在各方面照著與我們相同的樣式受過試探，只是沒有犯罪。因此，讓我們坦然無懼地來到恩典的寶座前，為要得著憐憫，尋見恩典，做為及時的幫助。

因為藉著基督，我們兩者能夠在同一位聖靈裡，來到父面前。

既然這些東西都這樣預備好了，祭司們就常常進入第一間會幕行事奉禮。至於第二間會幕，只有大祭司一年進去一次，沒有不帶著血的；這血是為自己和子民無意中犯的罪所獻上的。

我就是門。人如果通過我進來，就將得救，而且進進出出，將找到牧草。

耶穌知道了，就說：「小信的人哪，你們為什麼彼此討論沒有帶餅的事呢？

要知道，正如身體雖然是一個，卻有很多部分，而身體的各部分雖然有很多，卻是一個身體；基督也是如此。

耶穌說：「我就是道路、真理、生命。要不是藉著我，沒有人能到父那裡去。

耶穌對他們說：「我的食物就是遵行那派我來者的旨意，並且完成他的工作。

在教會中，神所安排的：首先是使徒，第二是做先知傳道的，第三是教師，然後是有大能的；隨後是使人痊癒的恩賜、幫助的恩賜、管理的恩賜、各種殊言的恩賜。

他對委任他的那一位是忠心的，正如摩西在神的全家也是忠心的。事實上，這個人被看為比摩西配得更大的榮耀，就像建造房屋的人比房屋本身更有尊榮那樣，因為每一座房屋都是由人建造的，而建造萬有的就是神。摩西是做為僕人，對神的全家忠心，為將被述說的事做見證；

那美好的仗，我已經打過了；該跑的路程，我已經跑盡了；當守的信仰，我已經持守了。
