He took the tablets of the covenant law and placed them in the ark, attached the poles to the ark and put the atonement cover over it.

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

having the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden urn holding the manna, and Aaron’s staff that budded, and the tablets of the covenant.

whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins.

Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus,by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh,and since we have a great priest over the house of God,

And he gave to Moses, when he had finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.

And you shall put in it the ark of the testimony, and you shall screen the ark with the veil.
