The Lord said to Moses,“ When you return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go.

The Lord spoke to Moses. He said,“ When you return to Egypt, do all the amazing things I have given you the power to do. Do them in the sight of Pharaoh. But I will make him stubborn. He will not let the people go.

And the Lord said to Moses,“ When you go back to Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the miracles that I have put in your power. But I will harden his heart, so that he will not let the people go.

And the Lord told Moses,“ When you arrive back in Egypt, go to Pharaoh and perform all the miracles I have empowered you to do. But I will harden his heart so he will refuse to let the people go.

The LORD instructed Moses,“ When you go back to Egypt, make sure you do before Pharaoh all the wonders that I have put within your power. But I will harden his heart so that he won’t let the people go.

The Lord instructed Moses,“ When you go back to Egypt, make sure you do all the wonders before Pharaoh that I have put within your power. But I will harden his heart so that he won’t let the people go.

And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.

The LORD said to Moses,“ When you go back to Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the wonders I have put under your control. But I will harden his heart and he will not let the people go.

Yahweh said to Moses,“ When you go back into Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in your hand, but I will harden his heart and he will not let the people go.

由此看來，上帝要憐憫誰就憐憫誰，要使誰剛硬就使誰剛硬。

耶和華啊，你為何使我們偏離你的道，使我們心裏剛硬、不敬畏你呢？求你為你的僕人，為你產業的支派而回轉。

因此，我必伸出我的手，在埃及施行我一切的神蹟，擊打這地，然後，他才放你們走。

「主使他們瞎了眼，使他們硬了心，免得他們眼睛看見，他們心裏明白，回轉過來，我會醫治他們。」

法老心裏剛硬，不聽摩西和亞倫，正如耶和華所說的。

因為耶和華的意思是要使他們的心剛硬，來與以色列人作戰，好使他們全被殺滅，不蒙憐憫，反被除滅，正如耶和華所吩咐摩西的。

但耶和華任憑法老的心剛硬，不聽摩西和亞倫，正如耶和華對摩西所說的。

法老的心剛硬，不放以色列人走，正如耶和華藉着摩西所說的。耶和華對摩西說：「你要到法老那裏，因我使他硬着心，也使他臣僕硬着心，為要在他們中間顯出我的這些神蹟來，

耶和華任憑埃及王法老的心剛硬，他就追趕以色列人；以色列人卻抬起頭來出去了。

我要使法老的心固執，我也要在埃及地多行神蹟奇事。

但耶和華任憑法老的心剛硬，不放以色列人走。

他們既然故意不認識上帝，上帝就任憑他們存扭曲的心，做那些不該做的事，

要使這百姓心蒙油脂，耳朵發沉，眼睛昏花；恐怕他們眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裏明白，回轉過來，就得醫治。」

耶和華問他：『用甚麼方法呢？』他說：『我要出去，在他眾先知的口中成為謊言的靈。』耶和華說：『這樣，你去引誘他，必能成功。你出去，照樣做吧！』

又說：「作了絆腳的石頭，使人跌倒的磐石。」他們絆跌，因為不順從這道，這也是預定的。

對滅亡的人，這是死而又死的氣味；對得救的人，這是生而又生的氣味。這些事誰能當得起呢？

並且在那沉淪的人身上行各樣不義的詭詐，因為他們不領受愛真理的心，好讓他們得救。故此，上帝就給他們一個引發錯誤的心，叫他們信從虛謊，使一切不信真理、倒喜愛不義的人都被定罪。

從亞嫩谷旁的亞羅珥和谷中的城，直到基列，沒有一座城是高得我們不能攻取的；耶和華－我們的上帝把它們全都交給我們了。

如經上所記：「上帝給他們昏沉的靈，眼睛看不見，耳朵聽不到，直到今日。」大衛也說：「願他們的宴席變為羅網，變為陷阱，變為絆腳石，作他們的報應。願他們的眼睛昏花，看不見；願你時常彎下他們的腰。」

耶和華說：「人既屬乎血氣，我的靈就不永遠住在他裏面；然而他的年歲還可到一百二十年。」

他使敵人的心轉去恨他的百姓，用詭計待他的僕人。

但希實本王西宏不肯讓我們從他那裏經過，因為耶和華－你的上帝使他性情頑梗，內心剛硬，為要把他交在你手中，像今日一樣。耶和華對我說：『看，我已開始把西宏和他的地交給你了，你要開始得他的地為業。』「西宏和他的眾百姓出來迎擊我們，在雅雜與我們交戰。耶和華－我們的上帝把他交給我們，我們就殺了他和他的眾兒子，以及他所有的百姓。

我要任憑法老的心剛硬，他要追趕他們。我必在法老和他全軍身上得榮耀，埃及人就知道我是耶和華。」於是以色列人照樣做了。
