這手杖你要拿在手裡，用來行神蹟。”

你要把這根杖拿在手裏；用這個去行神迹。』

手執此杖、以行異蹟、○

But take this staff in your hand so you can perform the signs with it.”

But take this walking stick in your hand. You will be able to do signs with it.”

And take in your hand this staff, with which you shall do the signs.”

主諭摩西曰、爾手中何物、曰、杖、

乃天主選世之愚者、以愧智者、選世之弱者、以愧強者、

若法老謂爾云、當行奇事、爾則命亞倫執杖擲於法老前、其杖必變為蛇、摩西亞倫往見法老、遵主所命而行、亞倫擲杖於法老及其群臣前、杖即變為蛇、法老召博士術士至、伊及之術士、以其法術亦如是行、各擲其杖、皆變為蛇、亞倫之杖、竟吞其杖、法老心剛愎、不肯聽之、果如主所言、主諭摩西曰、法老心剛愎、不肯釋以色列民明晨、法老必至河濱、爾往見之、在河濱對之而立、手執前變蛇之杖、告之曰、希伯來人之天主耶和華、遣我見爾云、釋我民、可往曠野奉事我、至今爾猶不聽、主如是云、爾必知我耶和華乃主、今我以手執之杖擊河水、水必變為血、或作今我以手執之杖擊河水水即變為血主云由此爾必知我耶和華乃主河中之魚必斃、其河臭、伊及人必厭飲此水、主諭摩西曰、爾命亞倫云、爾執爾杖、舉手指伊及諸水、即江河池沼與一切注水處、水悉變為血、伊及遍地、以至木石器皿中皆有血、摩西亞倫即遵主所命而行、在法老與法老之群臣前、舉杖擊河水、河中水悉變為血、
