The Lord said to him,“ Who makes human beings able to talk? Who makes them unable to hear or speak? Who makes them able to see? Who makes them blind? It is I, the Lord.

耶和华对他说：“谁造人的口呢？谁使人口哑、耳聋、目明、眼瞎呢？岂不是我耶和华吗？

耶和華曰、造人之口者誰乎、使人或瘖或聾、或明或瞽者誰乎、非我耶和華乎、

耶和華曰、予人以口者誰乎、使人或聾或瘖、或明或瞽者誰乎、非我耶和華乎。

The Lord said to him,“ Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord?

Then the Lord said to him,“ Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?

Then the Lord asked Moses,“ Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the Lord?

The LORD said to him,“ Who placed a mouth on humans? Who makes a person mute or deaf, seeing or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?

But the Lord said to him,“ Who has made the human mouth? Or who makes anyone unable to speak or deaf, or able to see or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?

So the Lord said to him,“ Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the Lord?

And Jehovah said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? Or who maketh a man dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, Jehovah?

Yahweh said to him,“ Who made the human mouth? Who makes him mute or deaf, seeing or blind? Is it not I, Yahweh?

And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?

The LORD said to him,“ Who gave a mouth to man, or who makes a person mute or deaf or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?

Yahweh said to him,“ Who made man’s mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn’t it I, Yahweh?

The Lord gives sight to those who are blind. The Lord lifts up those who feel helpless. The Lord loves those who do what is right.

Does he who made the ear not hear? Does he who formed the eye not see?

When someone blows a trumpet in a city, don’t the people tremble with fear? When trouble comes to a city, hasn’t the Lord caused it?

I will make your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth. Then you will be silent. You will not be able to correct them. That’s because they always refuse to obey me.But later I will speak to you. I will open your mouth. Then you will tell them,‘ Here is what the Lord and King says.’ Those who listen will listen. And those who refuse to listen will refuse. They always refuse to obey me.

“ You are my Lord and King,” I said.“ I don’t know how to speak. I’m too young.”

Lord, open my lips so that I can speak. Then my mouth will praise you.

He touched my mouth with the coal. He said,“ This has touched your lips. Your guilt has been taken away. Your sin has been paid for.”

Is anything too hard for me? I will return to you at the appointed time next year. Sarah will have a son.”

Then the eyes of those who are blind will be opened. The ears of those who can’t hear will be unplugged.Those who can’t walk will leap like a deer. And those who can’t speak will shout for joy. Water will pour out in dry places. Streams will flow in the desert.

Then the Lord reached out his hand. He touched my mouth and spoke to me. He said,“ I have put my words in your mouth.

Blind people receive sight. Disabled people walk. Those who have skin diseases are made‘ clean.’ Deaf people hear. Those who are dead are raised to life. And the good news is preached to those who are poor.

The evening before the man arrived, the power of the Lord came on me. He opened my mouth before the man came to me in the morning. So my mouth was opened. I was no longer silent.

You will open eyes that can’t see. You will set prisoners free. Those who sit in darkness will come out of their cells.
