All who were willing, men and women alike, came and brought gold jewelry of all kinds: brooches, earrings, rings and ornaments. They all presented their gold as a wave offering to the Lord.

Every man and woman who wanted to give came. They brought gold jewelry of all kinds. They brought pins, earrings, rings and other jewelry. All of them gave their gold as a wave offering to the Lord.

So they came, both men and women. All who were of a willing heart brought brooches and earrings and signet rings and armlets, all sorts of gold objects, every man dedicating an offering of gold to the Lord.

Both men and women came, all whose hearts were willing. They brought to the Lord their offerings of gold— brooches, earrings, rings from their fingers, and necklaces. They presented gold objects of every kind as a special offering to the Lord.

Both men and women came; all who had willing hearts brought brooches, earrings, rings, necklaces, and all kinds of gold jewelry— everyone who presented a presentation offering of gold to the LORD.

百姓就都摘下金耳環交給亞倫。

通告猶大和耶路撒冷的人民要將上帝的僕人摩西在曠野為以色列人定的稅帶來獻給耶和華。全體首領和民眾都高高興興地把銀子帶來投進箱子裡，直到箱子滿了。利未人見箱子滿了，就抬到王的官員那裡。王的書記和大祭司的屬下會把箱子倒空，然後把箱子放回原處。日復一日，他們收了很多銀子。王與耶何耶大把銀子交給耶和華殿裡的辦事人員，他們就雇用石匠、木匠、鐵匠和銅匠來整修耶和華的殿。工人辛勤整修，工程進展順利，上帝的殿恢復了原貌，而且非常堅固。完工後，他們把剩餘的銀子交給王與耶何耶大，這些銀子被用來製造耶和華殿裡的器具：供奉和獻祭用的器皿、碟子和其他金銀器皿。耶何耶大在世之日，民眾常在耶和華的殿裡獻燔祭。

現在我們把各自擄獲的臂環、鐲子、圖章戒指、耳環、項鏈等金器都帶來獻給耶和華，作為我們生命的贖價。」

結果，各族長、以色列各支派的首領、千夫長、百夫長和負責王室事務的官員都樂意奉獻，他們為上帝的殿奉獻了一百七十噸金子，三百四十噸銀子，六百二十噸銅，三千四百噸鐵。

有些族長來到耶路撒冷耶和華的殿時，甘願為上帝的殿獻上禮物，用來在舊址上重新建殿。他們盡自己的能力為這工程捐獻了五百公斤金子，三噸銀子，以及一百件祭司禮服。

黎巴嫩引以為榮的松樹、杉樹和黃楊樹都要運到你這裡，用來裝飾我的聖所；我要使我腳踏之處充滿榮耀。

他們進了屋子，看見孩子和祂母親瑪麗亞，就俯伏在地上拜祂，並打開盛寶物的盒子獻上黃金、乳香和沒藥作禮物。

有些族長為工程捐出財物。省長捐出八點五公斤金子、五十個碗和五百三十件祭司禮服。族長捐出一百七十公斤金子和一千二百公斤銀子。民眾捐出一百七十公斤金子、一千一百公斤銀子和六十七件祭司禮服。

耳環、手鐲、面紗、

眾海島的人都等候我，他施的船隻行在前面，從遠處把你的兒子和他們的金銀財寶一同帶來，以尊崇你的上帝耶和華——以色列的聖者，因為我已經使你得到榮耀。

然後，耶穌走到聖殿的奉獻箱對面坐下，看大家怎樣奉獻。很多財主奉獻了大量的錢。後來一個窮寡婦來了，投進了相當於一文錢的兩個小銅錢。耶穌叫門徒來，說：「我實在告訴你們，這位窮寡婦比其他人奉獻的都多，因為他們不過奉獻了自己剩餘的，但這窮寡婦卻奉獻了她賴以為生的。」
