必以皂莢木作壇、焚香其上、形製維方、長廣俱一尺、高二尺、其角亦以木為壇。上與四旁及角、均以兼金飾之、四周之緣、必以金。兩旁緣下、必作金環二、貫杠以舁壇。用皂莢木作杠、飾之以金、於法匱簾外、施恩所前、我涖臨之處、必置其壇。清晨修燈時、亞倫必焚香於其上、薄暮燃燈時、亦必焚香於其上、炷香我耶和華前、歷代勿替。於此壇上、毋燔犧牲、毋獻禮物、毋行灌奠、香不以法製者亦勿焚。亞倫必釁血於壇角、歲凡一次、代民贖罪、是為至聖、以奉事我、永世無替。

又諭曰、必取芬芳之上品、即清沒藥五百分、香桂二百五十分、香菖蒲二百五十分、肉桂五百分、和以橄欖油十斤、權衡其數、必循聖所之法、以調劑之法、製為聖膏、必以是膏、塗會幕與法匱、几案燈臺與其器皿、香壇、祭壇、與其器皿、盤與座、均使之為至聖、惟成聖者可近其側。以膏膏亞倫、及其子、使之成聖、任為祭司、而奉事我。當告以色列族曰、此香膏乃聖物、以奉事我、歷世勿替。此膏必以為聖、惟膏祭司、毋膏他人、毋遵是法調劑他膏。凡遵是法調劑他膏、或以之膏他人者、必絕於民中。○耶和華又諭曰、必取芬芳之品、即嗱噠、［口氏］嗘嘞、嚇［口庇］嗱、和乳香之清者、權之必相等。以調劑之法、加鹽製香、潔清成聖。此香至聖、擣之必細、置於會幕法匱前、在彼我必涖臨。此香必以為聖、而奉事我、若更製香、弗得仍循是法、凡循是法而製香、以芳馨悅己者、則必絕之民中。

容我聲聞於上、有若馨香、視我舉手以拜、有若夕祭兮。
