‘耶和华不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。他赦免罪孽和过犯，万不以有罪的为无罪，必惩罚人的罪，从父到子，直到三、四代。’求你照你的大慈爱赦免这百姓的罪孽，好像你从埃及到如今饶恕这百姓一样。”耶和华说：“我照着你的话赦免他们。然而，我指着我的永生与遍地充满了耶和华的荣耀起誓：这些人虽然都看过我的荣耀和我在埃及与旷野所行的神迹，仍然这十次试探我，不听从我的话，他们绝不能看见我向他们祖宗所起誓应许之地；凡藐视我的，一个也不得看见。

我若犯罪，你就察看我，并不赦免我的罪。

当远离诬告的事。不可杀害无辜和义人，因我必不以恶人为义。

耶和华是忌邪、报应的神。耶和华施报应，大有愤怒；耶和华向他的敌人报应，向他的仇敌怀怒。耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，但耶和华万不以有罪的为无罪。他的道路在旋风和暴风之中，云彩为他脚下的尘土。

主—我们的神是怜悯饶恕人的，我们却违背了他，

我向耶和华—我的神祈祷、认罪，说：“主啊，你是大而可畏的神，向爱主、守主诫命的人守约施慈爱。

因为我们的神是吞灭的火。

要仁慈相待，存怜悯的心，彼此饶恕，正如神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。

我们知道律法所说的话都是对律法之下的人说的，好塞住各人的口，使普世的人都伏在神的审判之下。所以，凡血肉之躯没有一个能因律法的行为而在神面前称义，因为律法本是要人认识罪。但如今，神的义在律法之外已经显明出来，有律法和先知为证：就是神的义，因信耶稣基督加给一切信的人。这并没有分别，因为世人都犯了罪，亏缺了神的荣耀，如今却蒙神的恩典，藉着在基督耶稣里的救赎，就白白地得称为义。神设立耶稣作赎罪祭，是凭耶稣的血，藉着信，要显明神的义；因为他用忍耐的心宽容人先前所犯的罪，好使今时显明他的义，让人知道他自己为义，也称信耶稣的人为义。

说：“唉，耶和华—天上大而可畏的神，向爱你、守你诫命的人守约施慈爱的神啊，

约书亚对百姓说：“你们不能事奉耶和华，因为他是神圣的神，是忌邪的神，必不赦免你们的过犯罪恶。

耶和华考验义人；惟有恶人和喜爱暴力的人，他心里恨恶。他要向恶人密布罗网，烈火、硫磺、热风作他们杯中的份。

主啊，你是有怜悯，有恩惠的神，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱和信实。

“过犯得赦免，罪恶蒙遮盖的人有福了！主不算为有罪的，这样的人有福了！”

我们藉着这爱子的血得蒙救赎，过犯得以赦免，这是照他丰富的恩典，

“‘现在，我们的神啊，你是至大、至能、至可畏、守约施慈爱的神；我们的君王、官长、祭司、先知、祖先和你的众百姓，从亚述诸王的时候直到今日所遭遇的一切苦难，求你不要看为小事。

还是你藐视他丰富的恩慈、宽容、忍耐，不知道他的恩慈是领你悔改吗？你竟放任你刚硬不悔改的心，为自己累积愤怒！在愤怒的日子，神公义的审判要显示出来。他要照各人的行为报应各人。凡恒心行善，寻求荣耀、尊贵和不能朽坏的，就有永生报偿他们；但是那些自私自利、不顺从真理、反顺从不义的人，就有恼恨、愤怒报应他们。他要把患难、困苦加给一切作恶的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人；

伸冤报应在我，到了时候他们会失脚。因为他们遭难的日子近了，他们的厄运快要临到。

他发愤恨，谁能立得住呢？他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢？他的愤怒如火倾泄而出，磐石因他崩裂。

倘若神要显明他的愤怒，彰显他的权能，难道不可多多忍耐宽容那应受愤怒、预备遭毁灭的器皿吗？这是为了要把他丰盛的荣耀彰显在那蒙怜悯、早预备得荣耀的器皿上。

你们要在他面前谨慎，听从他的话。不可抗拒他，否则他必不赦免你们的过犯，因为我的名在他身上。

你们要近前来说明，让他们彼此商议。谁从古时指明这事？谁从上古述说它？不是我—耶和华吗？除了我以外，再没有神；我是公义的神，又是救主；除了我以外，再没有别的了。

于是主人叫了他来，对他说：‘你这恶奴才！你央求我，我就把你所欠的都免了；你不应该怜悯你的同伴，像我怜悯你吗？’主人就大怒，把他交给司刑的，直到他还清了所欠的债。你们各人若不从心里饶恕你的弟兄，我天父也要这样待你们。”

凡名字没有记在生命册上的人，就被扔进火湖里。

却把法老和他的军队推落红海里，因他的慈爱永远长存。

义人见仇敌遭报就欢喜，他要在恶人的血中洗脚。因此，人必说：“义人诚然有善报，在地上果然有施行审判的神！”

于是耶稣对那女人说：“你的罪都赦免了。”

耶和华已将自己显明，他已施行审判；恶人被自己手所做的缠住了。（细拉）恶人，就是忘记神的外邦人，都必归到阴间。

至于胆怯的、不信的、可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的和一切说谎话的人，他们将在烧着硫磺的火湖里有份；这是第二次的死。”

我若用不公道的天平和袋中诡诈的法码，岂可算为清白呢？

因为他们无力偿还，债主就开恩赦免了他们两个人的债。那么，这两个人哪一个更爱他呢？”

有哪一个神明像你，赦免罪孽，饶恕他产业中余民的罪过？他不永远怀怒，喜爱施恩。

神把他高举在自己的右边，使他作元帅，作救主，使以色列人得以悔改，并且罪得赦免。

称谢那击杀埃及凡是头生的，因他的慈爱永远长存。

所以弟兄们，你们当知道：赦罪的道是由这人传给你们的，

你们若饶恕人的过犯，你们的天父也必饶恕你们；你们若不饶恕人，你们的天父也必不饶恕你们的过犯。”

所以我告诉你们，人一切的罪和亵渎的话都可得赦免，但是亵渎圣灵，总不得赦免。
